I ran out of gas in an area I was unfamiliar with while commuting between cities I was familiar with. My auto insurance connected me with A. C. K Now Services and he was amazing. I was connected through an automated system, and there was a short wait while it connected us. The first thing he did was ask for my direct number so we wouldn't have to experience that delay on any additional calls. He also sent me a text so I had his number in case I needed to contact him. He verified what type of gas I required, something I hadn't considered, and gave me an ETA. He kept me updated throughout the service call. Once he was on-site, he put the gas in for me and verified my car would start. He even led me to the nearest gas station to top off. Remember I was in an unfamiliar city, so I really appreciated this. He was friendly, thorough, and really saved my bacon. He presented me with his business card. I had a really great experience here and can't recommend them enough. I unfortunately locked myself out of my car in what was probably one of the most difficult scenarios to deal with. I was in the middle of replacing my front speakers, so both front door panels were completely removed, and the back doors had the sunshades up--making it nearly impossible to see inside or access things normally. The person who helped me (he mentioned he's the owner) was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Despite the complicated setup, he was able to get into my vehicle surprisingly quickly without causing any damage. I really appreciated how calm and confident he was throughout the whole process. He got me back into my car and on with my day much faster than I expected. If you ever find yourself locked out, this is definitely the person you want to call. read more

my truck broke down and we called triple aaa Wich my mom was a member of . They in turn contacted A.C.K Now Services . They were awesome within minutes of my mom talking to AAA. I was called with a E.T.A time. he was very punctual and professional from the time he called till the time he was leaving the job. It took less then 10 min to arrive and I was even out of his location he was servicing that day . But he took the call anyways. so with 10 min and about another 10 min to change my truck to my spare to get me back on the road to get my tire fixed. He was even prepared to get us a tow service if we needed it which was a plus but not needed. I recommend this service if your ever stranded or broke down at anytime. I'm thanking my lucky stars that Earnest, owner of ACK Roadside Assistance, answered his phone tonight. My son and I had a tire blowout late this evening. As we are from out of state I jumped on Yelp to find help. I started calling the list of towing companies that were open. I became very worried after calling 5 companies and only reaching voicemails. On the sixth call I heard Earnest's voice and was so relieved. He helped me figure out where I was located and a tow truck showed up within 20 minutes!!!! The truck towed us to our hotel and Earnest showed up shortly afterwards in person to make sure we were safe and all our needs were met. Talk about service!!! After a long day, received a call from my teen son before midnight after a snow storm that he had hit a pothole that was hidden by the snow. My husband was unable to change the tire so to a health condition, my son couldn't change it due to the janky lug wrench, and I had left the house so quickly - I was in my house shoes.‍ I lowered my pride and called USAA roadside assistance and Earnest came right out in less than 30 mins! My car wouldn't start , I requested roadside service a jump first/ a tow if needed thru my insurance, was given a tow service name and arrival time. The arrival time came and passed, only after I called I was told they was on the side of the road with a flat tire. I was given another tow service with a another arrival time and within minutes that arrival time was changed. Finally the request was given to A.C.K Now Services and within minutes, the owner contacted me. The first concern was about me and my safety. Ernest was quick and professional. I locked my keys in the car for the first time in my life. Let me tell you, I've never been happier to see them! The whole process was quick and with zero damage to my vehicle in any way. When you lock your keys in the car and don't have a back up, just about any price is right, so I'm definitely not complaining about the cost- it was worth it to me to be able to get myself and my kids home tonight. Tonight my daughter, son,and I were shopping and quickly realized that our keys were locked in our car with no duplicate keys available. Ernest was super amazing! My car battery died which locked me out since I don't have a physical key. He came very quick, got in with no issues and helped me get up and running! I ran out of gas on a busy road late at night. As I sat in the turning lane of this highway I didn't know what I was gonna do or who I was gonna call. He was also able to get me 2 new keys as mine were broken but still working within a few days. He came to my home again and programmed the keys to match my old ones! I had the pleasure of getting my roadside assistance from the owner Ernest the text I got when I first he would be there in 60 minutes. He was there way before 60 minutes. He was very friendly and kind called and stayed in me know where he was at and it was a very cold night. I recommend these guys always.
