Over the years they have installed seven Jujitsu units and have maintained them with either bi-annual or annual visits. Recently one outside unit (which is connected to two inside cooling units) failed and to sort out the problem master technician Chris was dispatched. To summarize a long and painful story Chris has, over the last three weeks visited our house nine times all the while being in constant communication with the suppliers of the unit. There were many delays and disappointments all to be laid at the feet of the suppliers of the unit. The interface between me, Chris, Joe and the distributors was masterfully handled by Debbie who never took her foot off the gas. It was made clear to me that their aim was restoration of the system to normal function and that no charges would be levied for the services until and unless full restoration and function were restored. Well, with divine oversight, that occurred today and the system, after intensive negotiations with the suppliers a eureka moment was reached. Hallelujah!! Many smiling faces in the town of Mattapoisett. My deepest thank you to Joe, Chris, Debbie and all the other team members from Majic Air whose applied themselves to a definitive and equitable solution. With Joe at the helm the clear objective was to "get it right" rather than to pad the bill. At 8:30 the next morning, they returned my call and Peter was there Wednesday at 9. Wow, awesome. Due to the fact that I had no air and my Husband was being released from the hospital on Thursday, one of the hottest days of the year, they fit me in early the next morning, Thursday at 7 AM, an hour before they regularly start. Who does that? Thank you, thank you, thank you. The installers were knowledgeable, polite and fast! I'm grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Peter and Majic Air!!

    I called my regular company that had installed and serviced my system for 10 years. They never…read morecalled back. I saw the Casey truck on my way home from work. (I have a friend named Casey and considered it a sign) The woman who answered the phone was friendly and booked an appointment for 5 days later on a Saturday, she told me the cost, which was LESS than the previous company. They did unfortunately have to reschedule the Saturday appointment, which was fine. My goal - get it serviced before it gets COLD. The window for arrival was 1 pm - 4 pm. the tech arrived promptly at 1 pm (lucky for sure). Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The preformed the work, showed me deficiencies that may cause issues in the future, stated a quote would be sent for the deficiencies. Luckily the deficiencies would not affect the system, and were not urgent. I am warm and toasty just in time for the soft freeze, enjoying a hot tea and a book! Thank you Casey - and Casey.

My $35,000 HVAC, air conditioner & furnace system in an antique house is 4 years old. The furnace works well, but the air conditioner, HVAC & mini split did not work any better than window fans. Casey techs came on a couple of service calls the first year and determined everything was working properly. Yes, the fans worked, but not the coolant. Their contract stipulated a "Casey HVAC 3-Year installation warranty". Last year they ghosted me for a maintenance appointment, but I was unaware they filed for bankruptcy soon afterwards. Thankfully this year I found someone willing to clean up the mess: The mini split system was low on refrigerant with 6 of 10 connections leaking; bad wiring on indoor units. Copper lines inside the house were not fully insulated. This could have caused water damage during summer if the AC ran properly. The compressor in the Trane XR air conditioner failed, as noted in another review, but is still under the manufacturer's warranty and will cost about 5-6 hours of labor to replace. Casey "helped" submit applications for refunds from MassSave, which were denied 15 times before I got a partial refund from what was quoted. Casey was reluctant to provide me the necessary information to do it myself, which I might have been able to do as I have grant writing experience. I got a dozen MassSave denials for the new energy efficient furnace before I gave up. After three years, I'm looking forward to enjoying a functioning system this summer.
