I had heard about Ricky Bonds Water Systems from a neighbor and got someone on the line immediately. Not only that, they had someone at the house that same day to diagnose the issue. I was afraid it was the pump, but it turned out to be a small, inexpensive fix. Fast forward to yesterday, the water was not coming on for the sprinkler system. Periodically if your water table under your residence goes out then that is the big drawback of not having a public supply. These things I heard to build I was told can range from $6k to $10 depending on build and other obvious factors. Meet B-E water well service and repair. I have been dealing with this company since I moved into my home in 1993. Since then I have had to utilize their services three times and the first thing I can say is they are prompt and reasonable. B - E used to be owned by a guy named Ed until he passed away maybe a decade ago but his wife has since taken over. This is not changed the venue of the company and in fact probably has gone on without a hiccup. My pump went out for the second time in twenty years and the last time I did not have the money to get another system installed. They still put a new pump in for me and told me to pay them before August (This was back in February) and everything would be ok. One cannot get this kind of service from a regular company. I think she/they understood the need for the children in the house to have the necessities of water. The cost both times to get this fixed was around $2,500. This was including raising the structured room that sat on top of the pump housing, lifting the pipe about 100 feet in the air, adding more pipe to match the level to where the water table is underground, replace pump, reinstall and rewire the pump and a few little miscellaneous I can not recall. This company will always have my business as long as I live here and I hope they continue to make their customers feel like people instead of just income statistics. Kaltenbrun.

B&R Water Well installed our water well about six years ago and did a fantastic job. August of 2023…read morethe well quit pumping water so I called B&R to come check it out. They sent our Lenny and a helper to trouble shoot the issue and they ended up having to pull the pump (360') and found a dime size hole in a coupling near the pump. Lenny replaces most of the couplings and sent the pump back down. We now have water again with great pressure. Lenny was a very hard worker and is very Professional. He worked without taking a break for over eight hours in 108-degree temperature without any shade. I highly recommend B&R.
