Due to Big Iron Construction's negligence, by not obtaining required permits from the city the permit fees have now doubled, sheet rock throughout the home needs to be removed exposing your work to be inspected. The roofing also needs to be inspected to verify the quality of Big Iron Construction's work costing me more money out of my pocket. Between the insurance company and the money paid out of my pocket your company has received over $114,000 dollars. Then there's the issue of the two party insurance check that you cashed knowing the check required my signature. First, he is very old and he and his brother stink so badly it's offensive to come into someone's home with that stench. They miscalculated and cut the bead board wrong and had to go to purchase another piece. Instead of installing one full piece of board, which was the goal, they split the board down the middle. It looks like bullshite and very amateur. Grady B scratched up the side wall and knocked a little chunk out of the sheet rock. To continue to make matters worse, Grady B broke a large candle stick with his bulky ladder that was actually moved out of the way for safety. He didn't tell me he broke it, not did he confess about the scratched up wall. After 3 hours of blunderbussing around I asked him to leave. He broke my property, ruined the wall I have no touch up paint for, and installed the bead board incorrectly. I won't even mention that Grady B completely misunderstood a request to hardwire lights on the dining room wall. I dont like to be ugly, but this person is also one of those obnoxious " know-it-alls" that doesn't know squat and is not worth the risk and aggravation to have in your home to fix, repair, or install anything.
