i feel bad writing this review because i enjoy the staff but…read more... i've been a long-time supporter of mt and have enjoyed their jewelry and the shopping experience until... i purchased the sword (to pieces that clcik together" and looks like it's piercing through. handle on one side and blade on other. i was told if i lose one part of the piercing i could simply buy the missing piece. it was a bold-faced lie. over a thousand dollars, just gone. i purchased a black diamond hoop. a thousand dollars. just fell out one day. just gone. i purchased a five thousand dollar earring. they told me i could exchange the earring back once the healing had commenced. why did they charge me $500 for an earring back i was told they would exchange? wth am i going to do with this lame earring back? regarding the same earring. once i was changing something from it and ended up breaking the back of the earring and offered me another but the gold was not my choice and i had to go on my way with something i spent a lot of money on but just had to eat sh*t. not to mention some of the other questionable things that occurred over the last several years. i won't get into it anymore as i'm tired of typing. the business has lost it's empathy for their clients and does not inform you of practical information related to the purchase of your jewelry. "get it in writing" as one says. i dont know if i will ever return. it's been upsetting as i've spent a lot of money here but i think my love affair with this business is over.

Got the Insta-hyped hidden helix piercings here!…read more It is a small jewelry shop with a seperate room next door for the actual piercings. The piercings and jewelry cost around $600. Elijah was amazing - the piercings did not hurt at all.

I found 42nd Street through a photography website and it was the lowest price for the product I…read morewanted. I was able to get the camera itself (with lens, not just the body), with accessory kit, AND a 3 year warranty (upgraded to 5 years gratis with promo), for the same price just the camera + shipping was elsewhere. It wasn't til I found their Yelp page that I began to wonder if the deal was too good to be true. Luckily, I didn't get the bait-and-switch Marcin did, but my order took over a week to process and ship. They wouldn't mail my order til they were able to make contact with me (by email) to call them to "finalize"- which is code for pushing various upsells on the lenses, accessories, and warranty. I'm not a fan of that practice and irritated that the delay caused my product to arrive later than expected, AFTER my vacation. Bonus points for free shipping with tracking and signature on delivery, for security. Product itself is as expected, no issues so far. Will be activating warranty and will update here if I have to use it. I'll keep this business in mind for price checking future purchases (not everything is a steal of a deal), but the service leaves something to be desired.

42photo.com is their current name and website. DON'T BUY ANTHING FROM THEM ONLINE. They're still…read moredoing the old bait and switch. I tried to buy a Canon EF 24-70mm II f/2.8L USM Autofocus Lens (82mm) for $1599, which was $75 lower than any other price I could find on legitimate websites. I knew it was gray market but it didn't bother me - almost all my Canon gear is gray market and I've never had a single problem. I'd paid them using Paypal and waited for them to ship it. They started calling me immediately to run their scam on me but I refused to talk to them. I told them to email me with any questions they had. They never did, but kept called me instead. After a number of days had passed, I told them they had to ship the product to me by the following day or I would cancel the order. They cancelled the order and never responded. I learned my lesson.
