I didn't even think of checking out another tattoo shop until my boyfriend recommended this one. I was hesitant at first and nervous because I have never gotten a tattoo before so this would be my first but when I walked into the shop this women at the front desk greeted us and took her time answering all the questions I had, she was very understanding that I was nervous and was super patient with me. She then introduced me to one of the tattoo artists that works there named Grez. I showed him the tattoo I wanted and asked him questions about the work, etc. Right away he made me feel comfortable. I put down my deposit, left for 30 min to grab a bite to eat and came back. ( they made the non-refundable, deposit fee very clear ) and keep in mind I was a walk-in , they had a huge cancellation right before I came in so they were able to fit me into their schedule. (They have appointments booked out in advance) talk about perfect timing ! Grez was great ! He took his time making sure the placement of the tattoo was where I wanted it, made sure I was comfortable since he knew it was my first tattoo and had no idea what to expect. This tattoo only took him 1 1/2- 2 hours to finish and I loved the finished product. I would recommend this tattoo shop most definitely. The work environment is super professional and the tattoo artists at this place is amazing. They make every step clear and didn't seem to get frustrated once. The shop is really clean and in a great location. Thank you Grez for creating such a beautiful piece and being so patient and gentle with the work ! Luckily, I didn't get the bait-and-switch Marcin did, but my order took over a week to process and ship. They wouldn't mail my order til they were able to make contact with me (by email) to call them to "finalize"- which is code for pushing various upsells on the lenses, accessories, and warranty. I'm not a fan of that practice and irritated that the delay caused my product to arrive later than expected, AFTER my vacation. Bonus points for free shipping with tracking and signature on delivery, for security. Product itself is as expected, no issues so far. Will be activating warranty and will update here if I have to use it. I'll keep this business in mind for price checking future purchases (not everything is a steal of a deal), but the service leaves something to be desired.
