Celenia arrived with four workers and in about two hours vacuumed and mopped all floors, cleaned frig, stove, cupboards, bathtub, shower, etc. - 2400 square feet home. Tenants NEVER leave it this clean. It looks beautiful. Prospective tenants appreciate knowing the home has been professionally cleaned before they move in. Celenia was great to work with, and accommodated our last minute cleaning request. Her crew was very pleasant. We will use her services again for our other properties.

The fireplace worked, but the flame was always more blue than yellow so this year (2024) I finally decided to have the fireplace checked-out. It didn't take long for me to learn that service techs for these fireplaces are few and far between. I contacted SPARK and they sent a list of technicians, but there's only ONE in all of Northern California. The other person on the list retired several years ago. I contacted the recommended technician and he agreed to come out for $1,000. Since we'd never serviced the fireplace before,we gulped and booked the appointment. The technician was here for three hours taking the fireplace apart, cleaning it and reassembling everything. After he left we had a fireplace that worked a bit better, but it had a much larger, odd-looking flame sticking-up near the pilot. We called the technician and we've been waiting since October 31st (nearly two months) for a return visit to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately,just today the fireplace started going out after running for about 20-30 seconds. Bad thermocouple perhaps? Who knows? We can't get anyone to help us with this thing and the guy we paid $1,000 to fix it is now unavailable for several weeks. So we are stuck with a fireplace that probably could be fixed, but we can't fix it because no one seems to want to touch it except the guy who charges more per hour than my cardiologist! We did not purchase this fireplace directly, but it's definitely promoted as a "high end" system. Maybe so, but if you can't get it serviced without giving up a kidney, it's basically worthless. A fireplace should last more than nine years and it should be easily serviceable at a reasonable cost. SPARK does not seem to fit that bill. I would never buy this product and definitely can't recommend it, unless or until there are legitimate and reasonably priced service technicians readily available.

They neither install nor service. If you call them, they'll give you an outside resource to help you. We've used some of these before and now, we finally have a company we can rely on. When we bought the fireplace, they were the only game in town selling these linear gas fireplaces. Now there are many so steer clear of Spark.
