I have been a long time customer and was very disappointed in the most recent arrangement I received. Do NOT get any letters or numbers as they do not last. Photo is after just 2 days... definitely a waste of 180$. Today has been my 7th or 8th visit to A Class flowers. Their name serves them perfect. They are definitely an A Class flower shop. Armine the owner is super nice. She really cares and remembered me from previous visits. I have bought flowers here for Valentines, wife's birthday, moms birthday, mother in laws birthday and daughters birthday. I also bought arrangements for some friend birthdays, weddings and funerals. No matter how big or small your floral needs are you should trust Armine to take great care of you. I recommended her to few friends and family and they all called later to thank me for a referral. Brides, BEWARE!!!! I hired this shop for my winter wedding flowers and was so disappointed in the quality and product of what was delivered. The centerpieces were so messy and looked like an amateur had put them together. Most of my family later commented we all could have done a better job of doing the centerpieces than Armine did. The majority of the white flowers were wilted and brown. I cannot believe a professional would even USE them. The final product was nothing like we discussed in our three in person consultations, where pictures and examples were shown. Also, Armine was late to every single of our planned consultations, which was very inconsiderate. The men's boutonnières wilted and were unwearable before we even made it to the banquet. I was so sad and upset when I walked into the banquet hall for the first time that I started crying and had to be consoled by my husband. After planning my wedding for more than two years and after all the effort I put into making sure everything was perfect, this was definitely not what I expected, especially after paying thousands of dollars for the flowers. I will never be recommending her services to anyone else in my family or friend circle, especially the 12 people we have getting married over the next two years. I am sure other brides reading this review will understand how upsetting it is when your wedding flowers, centerpieces, and decor are messy, not professional looking, unskilled, and just plain BAD! When you pay thousands of dollars, you expect a certain level of skill and detail. What we received looked like it was done by someone attempting a floral arrangement for the first time in her life, not someone with supposed 20 years of experience in the industry. I am still so disappointed every time I look at my wedding photos that this is what I paid for and this was the person I trusted to do my flowers. So disappointing and sad. read more
