Our pump began making extremely loud noises a week after we moved in so we mentioned we may need a repair visit before cleaning services began. As proof you are doing exactly what I already said, blaming the customer. To respond to your ridiculous comments...... We called your company to speak with your husband Lorne. Our problems were not being addressed so of course, we are calling you, and you're complaining that we did? Isn't that what you said we should do? You refused to have Lorne call us back. We couldn't get a word in while you were constantly interrupting and denying everything you had done wrong as a company. Not once offered a solution. My husband could not have been yelling for 40 mins. You didn't even let him get a full sentence out. You said you were trying to understand the problem? When we reminded you about the algae you said it happened during the 1 week the tech didn't come out due to us canceling. You being the OWNER should know that doesn't happen in 1 week. If I'm not mistaken, the pool techs job is to notice the algae that was around the complete rim of the pool. Anyone can see the algae when outside of the pool. Wow! This is tough... I NEVER write reviews. EVER!!! But this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with many mediocre companies but at least those will be apologetic and work to improve their service. Please do not use them!!! The secretary is pretty polite but the owner is horrific! He is condescending, rude, always annoyed, just a miserable person to do business with. Every time I talk to him he seems very miserable and unhappy. He clearly hates his line of work and takes it out on his customers. After multiple conversations with him for various different pool issues he never tries to fix the problem, always points the finger, and is not helpful in ever finding a solution. It's absurd and I've never witnessed an owner acting in this manner. Instead he is short, rude and bitter. Multiple times I've had issues with the pool and no one communicates anything. This is not my line of work. This is why I hire a company to do it! I've had salt levels low, no one says anything, my trough and overflow aren't working, no one says anything, they just come clean and move on without reporting any issues. The cleaning guy poured tons of chlorine in my saltwater pool because the salt was low and he didn't bring enough bags so he took it upon himself to do that without communicating it to me and even told me not to tell his boss. I have auto fill on my pool. I've explained that numerous times. Yet the owner will tell me "we don't do water level maintenance that's your responsibility." DUH! I have auto fill and you know that so if my pool isn't filling back and the water is low wouldn't that mean there is a service issue and I might need someone to come out and check what the problem is!? If I don't call my pool company for that then who am I supposed to call!? I tried to be nice with him and when you do he has a condescending tone and treats you like your stupid. He is the owner of a pool company not me! So of course I'm not going to know all there is to know about everything, that is what I pay you for. He responds better and is a little more polite when you treat him likes he treats you. He has no desire to remedy problems and would rather just quit. Which is fine by me. I'd rather go back to the company that turned my pool green! At least they had great customer service, were extremely apologetic and did everything in their power to fix the problem ASAP. That is what good businesses do. There is a reason this company has nothing but negative stars. And it's primarily because of the owner! The cleaning, service guys and secretary have all been pretty polite and helpful. Save yourself the trouble. The company charged me for hurricane clean up yet I still had to swim in my pool to finish cleaning. Our pool pump mysteriously broke while they were contracted. Very expensive process to replace, TERRIBLE management/ownership to deal with, very rude and I was charged for a month after they stopped servicing our pool...they did not come to clean for that month, just stopped coming once services were cancelled. I finally got fed up and cancelled my service only to be called by the owner and yelled at three times that I didn't know what I was talking about as I am looking at my pool. This company is great!!! I have lived in several houses in the last 10 years and all had pools. I've had 4 pool cleaning services. Those companies just didn't seem to stay consistent etc. I would NEVER stoop so low as to publicly bash any of them. I could never try to get my Jollies by publicly criticizing and stalking those companies. I think people who do that are just naturally angry people and I'm confident that people with those type of personalities are not only abusive bullies on the internet but are typically the type of people that are also abusive toward family and friends. I've also noticed a pattern with these types. They usually say things like, "I never write bad reviews. This is my first time." It always astonished me that those people don't seem to realize that just by clicking on their name, how easily you can find that they typically have a track record of online bullying. It's very easy to find that. So, that being said, I will tell you that the companies I had providing my pool service prior to A CLEAN POOL USA, just didn't work out. And NOOO, I would never name names. They were all hard working people. They weren't perfect as no one is BUT, I just needed them to clean my pools regularly and needed them to keep me informed when there was any problems. It just didn't work out. I still talk to all of them to this day. So now that I've gone over my history of pool service and just not really being happy, I was informed about A CLEAN POOL USA BY MY FRIENDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. This company has the best service and handles almost every pool in my area. We swim everyday. For the first time in years, my pool is emacculately clean and beautiful everyday. It seemed I was always calling all of the other companies questioning why my pool wasn't completely right. Not with A CLEAN POOL USA. I NEVER HAVE TO CALL THEM. they also have the best prices in town and really take care of me and my neighbors. They have really just become a vital part of our neighborhood. We actually stand around talking about the great job Jesus did on our pools this week. The Operations Manager, Faith, always takes time to listen and puts appropriate plans in action to meet our goals to make customers happy. She doesn't miss a beat. She forgets nothing and always makes sure the follow Up is done100%. That is what we like!! The owner was just one of the sweetest people I have ever met. He kinda reminded me of my brother;!hard working, honest and caring enough to actually spend whatever time was needed for me to feel comfortable about this new pool. I had been here for months and no pool service company would take the time to show me anything. Well, Lorne did!!! For example, I now know that my pool light changes colors and I know how to change them with a switch. He showed me. Another example: I have a solar system on the house. It is a very expensive system that is suppose to heat my pool. It had not been on the entire time. Lorne told me. He explained the system to me and showed me how to work it. So, I was a customer for 6 years, three with someone else before these folks took over. It was not the greatest service, sometimes I wondered if they even came most weeks. Then we found a note on the ground of our patio (that had been there a few days and the pool was turning green) saying the pool was not working properly and needed a service call. Come to find out when my husband came home and checked it out, the tech had messed up the valves to the pool flow. When I called to complain about the tech and telling them we didn't want him around our pool, the owner came out and challenged my husband as to who knew more about the pool business. My husband installed the plumbing so he knew how our pool worked for the last 13 years. The owner stood there on our property insinuating my husband was a liar. So the next day I cancelled the service. Then we get a message on our answering machine by a belligerent, ranting, angry man, calling my husband names like a four year old and saying we weren't loyal. I have it saved to my phone, obviously he knew he was being recorded because he was silly enough to leave it in the first place. Next stop, the better business bureau. I shouldn't have to come home and listen to something like that on my answering machine. After years of using this pool cleaning service I called in and left a message very upset because they usually came out on Thursdays but chose a Friday to come out without notifying me and the guy almost got bite by my dog. The owner called me back and basicly called me a liar and said they had always come out on Fridays. I never cussed at this guy but I was terribly upset about being called a liar in so man words so told him to no longer come out to m house I would get someone else to clean our pool and hung up. He proceeded to call me back and left a voice mail stating how unloyal I was and proceeded to call me a " MEAN FUCKER". I mean wow really? How un professional. Every negative review on here is ABSOLUTELY true. Rude and unprofessional. They replaced my pump and when you ask them why they didn't give me a courtesy call to tell me the job was done so I could turn my pump on, the lady's response is "I have 500+ customers and I don't have time to call everybody" No kidding! How much more rude can you get? If you bring up a concern then she starts yelling at you. So instead of receiving good customer service and getting things resolved you end up getting yelled at and get rude responses. Somebody needs anger management. I had service with this company for 11 years. service progressively got worse. this year my pool was never very clean. I would look at my pool hours after the the guy left and would wonder what they even did. During times that I was home while he cleaned I never saw them vacuum the pool. even though the owner tells me they did. I complained a month and a half ago about how unhappy I am with the service and they did come out to fix the problem but it never really got cleaned so I complained again the other day how it always looks awful when I want to swim etc etc and they were argumentative and did everything to not take the blame for poor service. i wanted a refund for at least 1 mos of service but they had no intentions on trying to keep a customer for another 11 years. I just got charged for this months service and cancelled my service on the same day. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Contracted them for a "pool flip" because my pool was green. They were supposed to come out three days in a row but came out 3 times over a two week period. Cut down bushes by the pool filter and left them there. Left the old pool filter in the driveway which I almost ran over. Pool is still green with a dead frog in it. After spending $385.00 still can't swim. The owner is screaming in the background for Faith to hang up on me. NO Customer service. They couldn't care less. Would not recommend. Had service from Jan - May 2017. Several problems with tech not performing proper vacuum, cleaning and chemical procedures causing the pool to turn green on several occasions. When I approached ownership I was told that "tech may only be skimming for leafs" which I was paying $99 a month for the service for 5 months. He stated he showed where the tech had been to the location but was not aware full service was not being performed. 3 days later pool was treated and in the shape it should have been the entire time. At that time however, the tech broke the valve to the pool vacuum but did not notify me he had done so. When I discovered it I called the owner again and he was not aware that his technician had even damaged my equipment, he called the technician and he confirmed that he did damage the equipment. Owner called me back and promised to take care of the issue for me at no charge. Took 2 additional weeks for the part to be fixed and after it was fixed I received a bill for the $70 part that was broken by the technician. I brought this to their attention and was told they were not responsible for the technicians handling of the equipment and things just break over time so they would not be covering the part that the owner originally stated he would do at no charge. Very dissatisfied. There are better options out there for sure. read more

This pool company is nice at first to get your business but when there were issues they seem like they didn't want to be bother. My first experience under their services was to address algae in my pool under their care. I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to pool maintenance but hello... that is why you hire a pool company right! First this company offers a free month if you sign up for year contract. When you complain that their service tech is doing a poor job they drop you rather than take care of you. Their repairs are overpriced and then when they do a poor job on repairs they do not stand behind their work. It is too bad that they choose to do business in this way. read more

I hate to even have to put any "STARS" for this company I had a great pool service for over 10-years which apparently decided to close their business and sell their customers accounts to another company called "A CLEAN POOL USA LLC" within a couple of months of the company / ownership change, this A Clean Pool USA LLC overcharged my account by charging me twice the same month. After having to play phone tag with this company for a couple of weeks, the money was put back into my account. Now the BIG PROBLEM.. ever since this company has taken over my account/pool, I have had to call them at least every other month because either the pool technician wouldn't show up on his scheduled days, or he would spend less then 5 minutes at my house "cleaning my pool". Over the last month I have been dealing with my pool being cloudy, or turning a mint green and didn't understand why since I have lived here over 20 years and always had pool service and never had this problem.. We called A Clean Pool USA LLC and they sent two men out that took pictures of our pool filter stating that our weekly technician wasn't cleaning the filter, and they would talk to the owner of the company and get this taken care of. Last week the weekly technician came and spent another 5 minutes here "cleaning my pool" and left. Since my pool was cloudy still I went into my pump house to make sure they didn't leave any "notes" (Since this is where they would leave them, a place that nobody checks since I'm not serving my own pool and have a pool service, I have no reason to go in the pump house) my pool pump way spraying out water from the PVC pipes that was obvious has been either stepped on or broke intentionally. Today was the day the weekly technician would come, so I advised my 21yo son to call A Clean Pool USA and let them know that I am uncomfortable with this technician, I feel that he doesn't do his job that I am paying him to do, my pool is cloudy, and now I have physical damage to my Pipe/Pump and I wanted them to either change the person coming to my home, or I needed to find out what I had to do to cancel services with their company. When I came home from work today a man who introduced himself as the "Owner of the company" was here. I got out of my car and walked straight over to talk to him. He started off with he was upset that our weekly technician was not cleaning the filter until TODAY when the technician took a video of the pool when he left and it was "clean" (Now this is 8-9 hours earlier) .. I then said, either we need to get a grip on what's going on with my pool, otherwise we will have to part ways, because I pay for weekly pool service, I expect weekly pool service. If there is something broken or something needs to be done to the pool, I expect a "estimate" to be left on my door (if nobody is home) and we could take care of any problems. He started walking towards the pool so I assumed he was going to show me something, but instead he picks up his tool box and started to leave. I asked him when I was paid up until since they just automatically took $100 from my account and he said that he would check, and drove away. I assume we are clear that he is no longer my pool service, but I will make sure by sending him a written notice as well as a email. It was VERY unprofessional of this "Owner" to act that way as I wasn't raising my voice, I wasn't arguing with him, I wasn't saying anything that should have caused him to behave that way. I would say BUYER BEWARE, this owner is very unprofessional in the way that he handled my situation today and when I came on here to see who this company is since I didn't choose this company (My acct was sold to them from a company that I was with for over 10 years) I noticed this company is registered to an apartment: 2133 Lake Baldwin Ln Apt 308 Orlando, FL 32814 And "Managers" are: Lorne Kravetsky & Faith-Ann Stone Their website states: "We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, never leaving a property until the entire customer's needs are met, and the pool is clean. Our pool technicians are certified and licensed. We enjoy what we do and have the experience to deal with all problems you may be having with your pool. We offer the lowest prices, while our work is top notch.
