I consulted this company through Yelp to inquire about service on my pool pump. The filter canister pressure reading was high, though the water circulation was poor and weak. I explained the situation to my Yelp contact, a lady self-identified as "T.S.". She explained to me that if I took the filter out of the canister, my circulation would be back at strength and she was absolutely right when I tried it out. It turns out I just needed a new filter where I was able to pick one up affordably at a local hardware store. This all happened on the beginning of memorial day weekend, so for her to talk me through fixing this problem at a presumably busy time for pool repair technicians, she did me a tremendous favor. I called this company for a quote to clean a swimming pool. After sending in photos the quote I received was vague, so I asked for someone to come in person to give me an exact quote. I later received a call from Luis. Soon after calling me he put me on hold in order to answer another call, which I found rude. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and take a look. The time of the appointment passed and Luis didn't come. I called him to check whether he was on his way and he told me that he got stuck at another job and couldn't come. Even though he had no intention of coming that day, he didn't bother to let me know. It appears that this company is related to another pool company called Swim Solutions. OMG they went above and beyond for me. I didn't have a ton of money and they treated me like I was a billion air . They really left me with a swimming pool way more than what I visioned. The name is exactly how this company does business. I don't know if there is more than one Vision Pools because when I saw other reviews that couldn't be the Vision Pools that did my swimming pool. They were awesome the whole time. It only took them a little over 2 months to completely build my pool. I can't say nothing bad about this company. I would beg everyone who wanted a swimming pool to have Vision Pools to do the job. They are trustworthy and do the best job a company can do. They really left me in OMG mode. Unbelievable . Josh and team did a great job replacing the lights in my pool. I was told by another vendor that they would have to did up my patio to get the light replaced.
