I contacted "A Clean Pool USA Company", to simply ask questions that I would ask any pool servicing company on initial contact. The company has a special listed on their website, which is supported by Home Advisor powered by Angie. The services didn't give any price points. Having calling a few times a women called back not providing her name, seemly rushed! I asked her a few questions sharing my experience and needs, once asking if my pool was blue or green, she of course provided a quote for a green pool and I proceeded with asking questions about services and quotes for potentially scheduling services, protocols for initial consultation! She was VERY rude and condescending. Only wanting me to provide my credit card information. (I like to be very clear on what I'm receiving before just providing my credit card information.) Her tone became more unfriendly and unprofessional. Customer service was not a priority for A Clean Pool USA, after refusing to answer my questions she didn't seem interested with me not providing my credit card information. I proceeded with asking if someone from her company come out to provide an estimate for pool services and maintenance., with accurate information as other pool companies? She replied " I will not have my guys waste their time with that, maybe you should find another company". Taken back a bit with my phone experience I thought I would possibly receive better reception of customer service and information in person. And of course report the terrible phone representative. Googled the business address and surprised to find it's a house nestled back in a old residential neighborhood, not expecting this though your company need to align your priorities and goals to create the abilities to become more efficient trusting professionals. I definitely will not recommend "A Clean Pool USA " your credit card is their priority over service. I would rate them a 0 if there was an option. read more

Their staff is helpful, prompt, friendly and take care of all my needs. Their prices are better than all of the previous companies that I have used in the past. We recently purchased a home with our first pool. We decided to continue with the previous owner's pool service given our inexperience. The service has met all our needs and maintained the pool looking great and ready for fun every day. Our service has been done by the same person consistently, done at the same weekly window, and has always been friendly, ready to answer our questions. Communication with the office is a plus. Faith picks up immediately or quickly replies to our messages. We have emailed pictures with questions and Faith would promptly call back with a solution. Called around for estimates on replacing my pump and found them to be the best priced. They were very responsive to the many questions I had as this is the first time I had to replace a pump. I was scheduled for a week out, but got a call to move it up and to me it said a lot because they knew my water was just sitting still. They thought about me and I am very appreciative of that! They showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them and plan on calling them again in the future whenever something is needed to be worked on. We've been with A Clean Pool USA for almost 4 years now and they've been great. Easy to do business with and were great at explaining everything in the beginning since this was our first home with a pool. Reliable service and our pool is cleaned every week like clockwork. Faith does a fantastic job communicating the issues and keep track of all the tech in the field. On couple of occasions, she went out of her way documenting the work that was being done on my pump and sent a tech back to double check the work when I was not convinced.
