This cleaning service was very disappointing. We used them twice and they just didn't do a good job. I have several issues. One being the quality of the work. It wasn't well done. In my picture was what i swept from the kitchen floor about five minutes after they left. Secondly they forgot to clean an entire bathroom. I had to call them to come back. Thirdly I had originally had three bedrooms included in the quote, when they came, i had to work in one of the rooms so i asked them not to clean it, they wouldn't take it off of the price. The fourth thing is that they thought i didn't speak Spanish and were talking trash the whole time. They were obviously upset when they had to come back and clean the bathroom they forgot but they didn't know i could understand them. Before that, when i was speaking with the boss over the phone to pay by card they were speaking in Spanish (thinking i couldn't understand) saying i needed to add a tip on their for them. The boss never translated that to me bc he was more professional but they kept saying it trying to get him to tell me to add their tip. I will never use them again. It was a waste of 200.00. If i wasn't short on time i would have definitely tried to find a more professional service. I didn't even mention the part where one of the cleaners tried to get us to book her outside of the company but then got caught when my husband called the company phone number to confirm our appointment and then she tried to blame US for it?? Im so confused by them. Please take your money somewhere else! They did nothing for us but take our money. read more

The owner is completely dishonest and unprofessional. He changes quote prices, sometimes adds tax and sometimes doesn't, goes back and forth on a single quote for a single job, doesn't answer email, and generally is rude. If you can get the cleaners to your house, they're good. But the owner is pure hell. read more

Update: Yes, what the owner replied was true. He did offer these things but due to the fact that we were not going to be returning and were closing on the house the next day, we chose to decline the offer to have the cleaners go back because we wouldn't be able to see the final clean for ourselves so it wasn't worth it at that point. Also, as mentioned by the owner, he did offer to come do a basic clean on our new house but the new house is still under construction and did not have a close date on it yet so I wasn't going to agree to something that I couldn't schedule ahead of time. Either way, the owner DID do right by trying to make up for the poor service by his employees and we appreciated that. Therefor I am changing my 1 star to 3 stars. I am still entitled to my review however and just want to make sure others are aware of what happened to us. I am glad to see that others have had good luck with them though. ------------------------------ Was a big disappointment. We hired for a move out clean and at the same time were in the hospital with our 5 year old. When we went to see the final job we were shocked that we had paid for a half ass cleaning service. Floors weren't mopped, windows weren't cleaned, standing water still in microwave and fridge. Carpets didn't look vacuumed and there were areas that had clearly been untouched by the cleaners. I would have gone back and finished the cleaning job myself had we not had to get back to the hospital. The owner did refund us a small portion but I was still extremely disappointed. I hope no one else has this same experience and the owner reassured me that isn't how they normally do business. read more

Punctual and thorough with their cleaning, and great communication leading up to it and after. They did such a great job that our landlord commented the place was spotless. I texted them for a make ready quote and let them know the condition of the house since I didn't want any surprises. We agreed upon a price and date/time for the cleaning. I then received a text the day of the cleaning that they won't do it for that price. That it would take too long and the price was too low. Those are things you're supposed to establish before giving a quote. They never asked to look at it prior to the quote and I gave them an accurate description of the property. Left me finding another cleaner on short notice. Edit to owners comment. Austin House Cleaning completed the job in about 3 hours and charged $165. They did not have any issues or complaints with the job. Do not know why the owner thought this would be a $300 cleaning job that takes 5+ hours. read more

Absolutely AMAZING! We needed a deep cleaning of our 3500 sq. ft. house for a party/baby shower, my wife is pregnant and could not do the work so we decided to bring in a professional. Professional and detail oriented does not even begin to describe ACC. The two man crew spent over 5 hours detailing every inch of our house from top to bottom. They cleaned areas of our house we didn't even know they could. Every nook and cranny was absolutely spot-less, from the floors and base boards to the fans and blinds. In addition to the wonderful job they did it was one of the most affordable services I could find when doing my research. We had Complete Cleaning clean our house on December 11th before our holiday guests arrived. We used them once before and were satisfied with the cleaning. Our most recent experience was truly disappointing. It had been a couple months since our last cleaning so we were told that this time it would be a deep cleaning. The cleaning took about two hours which we thought was quite fast for a deep cleaning being done by two people. Upon inspection, we realized why this was so quick. There were several places that were glazed over. Our surround sound speakers were still covered in dust. There were places on the floor that looked like it was never touched and some of the furniture still had dust thick enough to write your initials in. We sent a text to the company with several pictures showing the issues we had. They responded with a simple statement that they would come back and correct it. Great. It would be easy enough to solve. That was a week ago and we haven't heard anything. So, our experience is that they did a rushed and unsatisfactory job, charged for a deep cleaning and when given the chance to correct it, they swept our feedback under the rug with the rest of the dirt they missed. While there are many positive reviews on their service, if you choose to use them, hopefully you won't get the rush job that will leave you feeling...dirty. Thanks, I'll find someone else. read more
