I have been a patient here for many years, thus far I would say they have been very honest and…read moretransparent about pricing and treatment expectations. For years it was impossible to get an appointment with the doctor so PA's or NP's were the only providers with availability to see you quickly. However, when you see the provider they are usually thorough, they ask lots of questions and do a health history review. It seems now there is less of a wait to get in for an appointment with a doctor, usually within 1 week you can see them. So that's a huge improvement. On the flip side, wait times after you have checked in the day of the appointment to see the provider have been lengthy. On occasion the waiting rooms were packed with patients saying they were waiting at least 30-45 minutes after their appointment start time. I'd guess they are overbooking their providers' schedules. I have received different cosmetic treatments here, also, and everything was perfectly executed (not to mention, wait time was extremely short). I think Brianna is great at what she does, she is also very nice and professional.

I went back in two weeks for a follow up because I developed a scab and it was not going away. The PA said the cyst had ruptured!! When it finally healed, it ended up leaving a scar the size of a dime. Third visit, Dr. Turner came in and her solution was Botox! I was NOT going to trust them with more injections on my face after what had happened. Plus I was NOT going to pay for further treatment. Needless to say I was very upset! I received 2 bills, one from the dermatologists…read moreoffice for $140 and one from a lab about 5 months later for $440. $580 to get an "irritated mole" removed. The provider that saw me barely spent 5 minutes with me, looked at my mole and immediately said she didn't know what it was and had to remove it and send it to a lab for biopsy. My mom warned me this provider may jump to biopsy as they wanted to do a biopsy of a mole of hers (which another derm said was unneeded) but I was worried about skin cancer so I wanted to ease my mind. I would have NEVER done it knowing it would cost me almost $600. For an "irritated mole"!!! I guess it's my fault for not inquiring about the cost, but I had no idea I would be receiving 2 hefty bills in the mail (1 from the derm, 1 from the lab). Apparently this is in the new patient paperwork they make you sign, but I don't remember reading it. So I am going to call tomorrow to figure out exactly what it says, but needless to say I will not be returning to this dermatologist office ever again.
