When I went to my doctor for my ultrasound, they said I am having a girl. Once I called the company to tell them, and asked if they would do a complimentary ultrasound just to verify what I had just been told, they would not do it, but offered a "half off discount". I felt in that circumstance, they should have pleased the customer, considering they told me incorrectly during the ultrasound I paid for.
