A Country Rose (ACR) has been my husband's and my go-to florist for years. Not only is ACR great for general floral needs, but they are wonderful with special requests. For example, they even helped when I was sending flowers for my former student's mother's funeral a county over. ACR suggested another top-notch florist for the funeral, although they did not provide services in that area. Additionally, I needed specific colored flowers for my sister's engagement cake. They provided me with flower photos and suggestions, and I could pick up the flowers whenever I needed them. Finally, ACR calls to remind my husband of the important events he likes to send me flowers for: Mother's Day, my birthday, our anniversary, and Valentine's Day. The flowers pictured here are from my recent anniversary and lasted 3.5 weeks! For the length of time the flowers last, it is well worth the cost. I live in CA and my daughter in law is in Tallahassee. I sent her flowers for her birthday after doing research and reading reviews. A Country Rose did NOT disappoint as far as the arrangement and quality of flowers used. The arrangement represented what I ordered very well and my daughter in law was so happy because the flowers lasted ~ two weeks!!!! My only suggestion is when taking an order, please review your work. Her last name was misspelled and after being corrected, I couldn't see that on my end. Her first name was also misspelled on the message, even though it was spelled correctly in the delivery section. The biggest surprise was I received a follow up phone call to ask how everything went!!! This business knows how to treat its customers! My brother and sister in law send my mother flowers on occasion, often from A Country Rose. The Country Rose flowers are delivered by friendly delivery persons holding a lovely bouquet (and sometimes candy too!). The flowers are fresh, cold and artfully arranged. I don't know the value/cost as these have been gifts, but as the recipient, we have been pleased. The bouquet pictured was delivered a few days before Christmas; now it's New Years Eve and with consistent additions of fresh water and one change of water, they remain lovely! I sent a custom gift basket to my sister last year for happy birthday. She lives in assisted living so it was a custom combo treat basket flowers, candy, nuts etc. She really has a sweet tooth. When I called, the receptionist helped me to see examples of flower samples on their website.. and even texted me pictures of seasonal flower choices that we could choose from! It came with a pretty vase that they put in a perfectly fitted box so that it wouldn't fall over while transporting it. Flash back to April 2020 when the world was shut down due to COVID.
