Over a week ago, I ordered a gift from this location to be delivered yesterday. Have to say I'm beyond impressed with the service from this location. Not only did they get the order done in a prompt and efficient manner, but they delivered rather early! I was expecting this to be delivered sometime in the afternoon, but the recipient received it sometime around 10 AM yesterday morning. I think this was around the time this location opens, too, so color me shocked. Recipient was very happy with her gift and has been happily munching away since. Once again, Edible Arrangements proves why they're a tried and true gift for me (which admittedly is saying something, too, as the last times I've used them I've had minor issues!). read more

Worst customer service ever, they registered order as delivered but brought the chocolates 2 days after the party, the lady that kept answering the phone was very rude, the fruit bouquet was missing grapes and they delivered a 15 pieces packet of chocolates when we ordered the largest box.they need to make it up for ruining my 5 year olds birthday. I am a Realtor in Tallahassee and helped a couple with 3 young boys sell their home. The transaction was not an easy one but we did get it closed. I usually love edible arrangements, but this particular location must pre make it and let it sit for awhile or something. One bite and all the chocolate falls off the strawberries and the fruit left is jelly mush. I've had many other experiences at other locations, but this is BAD. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my best friend. I asked to have them delivered to her at work, an elementary school. On the card I asked them to write, "Happy teacher appreciation week and Mothers Day, Love, Nicole". Simple. It was delivered. She loved it. They lost the card. She had no idea who it was from. However, it was her and her husband's anniversary today, so she assumed it was from him. She was so happy he remembered and knew her favorite treat! She called him to thank him, only to find out he had no idea what she was talking about. THEN, she knew it was me for sure. Only because we're best friends. Not because she had a card or anything. When she called me to share this story, I listened. Then, afterwards, I called Edible Arrangements to share it with them. They said she just couldn't find the card. It's 12 strawberries and she teaches for a living, I believe she's more than capable. After that was settled, their next excuse was someone in the front office who signed for it must have taken it or lost it. Yes, I'm sure that's just what they wanted, a small card addressed to someone else....it will go nicely with their collection. Plus, hello, she asked them if she left the card up there when she realized there was NO card. I finally just point blank told the manager that the driver must had made a mistake and misplaced the card. She continued on her rant of how they don't make mistakes and how it was IMPOSSIBLE that the driver lost the card. I finally just hung up. I will not be ordering this ridiculously priced fruit, that this incompetent staff can't seem to keep a card on, anymore. Furthermore, teachers constantly go to workshops to better serve their students, perhaps this staff, delivery, in-store, and managerial, could take note and attend workshops themselves. I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered as a surprise for my daughter. Then received an email saying it had been delivered yet she had not received anything. When I called the store I was placed on hold and then told that it was delivered and there was nothing they could do, to check with the leasing office (whom I had already contacted) and then was hung up on. NEVER again will you get my business!!! Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank as I was charged but never received the product. read more

Ordered a big arrangement for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. Order tracking page incorrectly said "delivered", but arrangement never arrived. Very disappointing. Called them up the next day and it seems the delivery guy got the address confused and thought the apartment was vacant (that's the one next door). That by itself would have been excusable, but then they 1) never left a door tag or made a phone call 2) showed the incorrect order status on the web page. Then they offered to deliver the same fruit that was cut the day before, with no refund. WTF? I had to say no thanks, I don't want day-old cut fruit that's not a surprise anymore for $68. Their only saving grace was giving me a full refund after I specifically asked for it. read more

I am from out of town and called to send an arrangement to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. I was told I needed the address of the hospital to order. I was going to order two large arrangements for a total of over $300.00. If these folks are not bright enough to figure out were the largest hospital in the area is located, they would most likely mess up the order. I needed to order an arrangement for my daughter and after going on and checking the Edible Arrangement (Tallahassee) website I was a bit skeptical because the reviews were not good. I can honestly say that I'm very happy to have gone ahead with the order anyway. Even though we had a time constraint and the delivery was on a Saturday I contacted the store directly, spoke with 2 wonderful sales associates and the delivery went very smoothly. It really made my daughter's day very special. She was the only one getting this treat instead of flowers. I want to thank Edible Arrangements of Tallahassee for doing such a great job! I respect a company who messes up, owns it along with making up for making one! Our store in Tallahassee didn't have the same information as the world wide web. They are very hard workers, I gave them the option to try any shapes they wanted with pineapple! Each one turned out great. I've spoken with others and they tell me their accounts no longer say, 'YOUR ARRANGEMENT IS ON THE WAY' for birthdays or the free items you earn. My fruit was fresh and I enjoyed every single piece! I called for an order to be delivered to a business as a gesture of appreciation and stressed three times with the manager about it needing to be there early. It was delivered at noon. When I called asking why it was later than I was told, the manager offered no apology, merely saying that they didn't deliver that early (a fact not shared before charging my card). My sister and I decided to offer something special to her advisor and her housing coordinator for all the efforts and the extra steps they took to help her with a smooth enrollment into college. Therefore, it seem Edible arrangements was a great appreciation gift. We stopped by this location because it was close to the campus. Now when I first walked into the establishment we not greeted with a " hello how can I help you" in which I thought we should have received but the young lady was busy writing what I'm assuming was another customers order ( at least that is what I hope since she completely ignored us) so we helped ourselves to the find a menu of items to choose from and after a few moments we were ready to place our orders, but guess what....the employee still had not acknowledged us at this point! So after waiting 20min or so another employee walked in the store and clocked in, after clocking in she asked to help us and took our order. Now at this point I'm a little frustrated but don't show it just yet and a little worried because the second employee had more piercings than Dennis Rodman and in the same places (all in her face!!!!!!) so in my mind I'm asking myself "is she going to be the one making my arrangement?" ( I knew I needed to really pray over that food). However, she was really nice and and besides her appearance her personality was pleasant. After placing our order we went to another store and came back in 20min and she had our order ready for pick-up. Upon tasting the first bite, I knew it was ALL WORTH IT!!!!! I still can't figure out how at any time in the year their strawberries are so big, sweet and delicious ( I just need to know where do they get them), I thought they were a seasonal fruit but I guess not for this business. The prices are a little high to me, I just can't wrap my thought around the fact that a basket of fruit cost $125 (FOR SOME FRUIT!!!!!) That would have to last me an entire year, so since it can't I purchased 12 chocolate covered strawberries for $25 for my sister and I and a small berry basket for the coordinators for $59, still kind of high, but I thought I would treat myself too. I don't often feel the need to write a review, but I think I'll make an exception in this case. I ordered a fruit basket that was fairly pricey (recipient is totally worth it) and had arranged to pick it up. I arrived and the personnel were horribly rude. I'm an "avoid conflict" type of person but they were really pushing their luck. Then a man started bellowing in the back and I was informed it was the owner. They obviously aren't too worried about clientele. Okay, so fine...owner's a prick and the employees were snobs...whatever. I get the basket to my father's and really start inspecting the work to find it was trash. There were multiple puncture marks and strange melted spots...like it had been arranged incorrectly three or four times and left out for too long...or something. I called and told them I was bringing it right back. They told me because I had removed it from the store (15 minutes prior) they would not guarantee a refund. I contacted the corporate store and I swear I heard frustration from the rep regarding the consistent complaints about this branch. Get a clue Edible Arrangements of Tallahassee owners...in this economy, people will start to shop elsewhere. Cheaper AND friendlier establishments do exist and I'll be spending my money there from this point forward. read more
