We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Caitlin to help with my daughter's move to Philly…read more Even though we ultimately found an apartment that wasn't one of her own listings, she had already gone well beyond the typical scope of the job -- for every place she showed us, she took the time to research the surrounding neighborhood so we could tell whether it was a safe, good fit for my daughter to live. Moving to a new city with no real local knowledge is stressful, and we only had a few secondhand suggestions from friends to go on. She filled that gap for every option she recommended, giving us honest, specific feedback about the different neighborhoods so we could make an informed decision instead of just guessing. If you're relocating to Philly and want someone who treats your move like it's personal, she's who you want in your corner.

Slum lords. The difference in the landlord i have now and…read moreelfant pontz is night and day. I would highly advise people to not rent from EP. 0/10, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. When i first toured my apartment and moved in 3 years ago, the leasing agent lied about so many things. I understand it's her job to get people to move in but straight lying about it stuff that shouldn't be lied about it's crazy. For example the bathroom window was broken when i moved in but yet the agent told me everything was as is and no additional repairs would be made to anything in the apartment. How are they out here renting apartments with, broken windows? Thankfully the building owner fixed it. During my time renting from ep they were a terrible management company. Whenever i'd send maintenance requests it would go 1 or 2 ways. I would immediately get an auto response email noting the request has been received. After that, they would either contact me back asking me a bunch of questions about my request, essentially gas lighting me. Or they wouldn't follow up until i reached out again a week later and they'd always say they were busy. I started putting in the maintenance requests everything i did myself to work on the issue. Bc the way they are it seems like they try to do everything they can to get out of fulfilling maintenance requests. It's so crazy because one day last spring when i came home and was sitting in my car, i saw a rat running from the grass to the trash cans. I immediately sent a maintenance request for exterminating services. They emailed me back saying "are you sure you saw a rat and not a mouse?" That took me out because I'm not blind and it's pretty hard to mistake a rat for a mouse because the size difference. The next day i got home and i saw the rat again and instead of getting out my car i took pictures and emailed them, so they'd actually believe me. That's a prime example of how they would gaslight me with maintenance requests. They really tried to tell me I saw a mouse, mind you I have 20/20 vision. Lastly, they like to mix up words or don't know the meaning of damaged and not clean are. When i told them i was moving they sent me a vacate letter. On that it clearly indicated i would get my security deposit back less any damages. Nothing was damaged in the apartment and i have proof from videos and pictures. They made something up to keep part of the security deposit and said the stove wasn't clean so I was charged for that. I wouldn't recommend renting from EP. Believe the few scattered one star reviews about EP. Oh yeah the leasing agent came to inspect my apartment for painting issues a few months after i had my son in fall 2023 when he was 3 months old. Tell me why she came into my apartment after just finishing smoking a cigarette, so i could smell it on her. She smelled so bad that I had to cover my nose with my shirt. Everyone knows you aren't supposed to come around little babies smelling like cigarettes. Smh

We highly recommend Joy Feng and her Skyline Real Estate Experience team. She just helped us sell…read moreour home in Downingtown, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our sale required careful planning because we needed to coordinate it with the purchase of our new home and our moving schedule. Before listing the house, Joy walked us through every step. She gave us thoughtful recommendations on which improvements were worth making, developed a smart pricing strategy, and explained how to position our home to attract the strongest buyers. Once we were ready to list, Joy and her team handled everything quickly and professionally. They coordinated home preparation, photography, and marketing, and our home looked amazing. The results were outstanding. After three open houses over a weekend, we received multiple offers above our asking price within just a few days. Joy did an excellent job communicating with buyers' agents and negotiating on our behalf, helping us choose the strongest offer. From contract to closing, she stayed involved every step of the way. She coordinated with the buyer's agent, lender, HOA, title company, appraiser, and everyone else involved to keep the transaction moving smoothly. Thanks to her organization and attention to detail, everything stayed on track, and we closed successfully. Even better, our home became the highest sale ever in the Hopewell community. Joy is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to her clients. If you're looking for a Realtor who will guide you through the entire process and work hard to achieve the best possible outcome, we highly recommend her.

It was a great…read moreexperience until we decided not to re-sign, that is when the service and quality fell off a cliff. They did tours with little notice, often in the mornings on weekends with no regard for our schedules. One realtor did a tour of the unit by walking around showing the unit to a guy on FaceTime. She proceeded to open my closet and show this random man on FaceTime my underwear drawer, to "show the storage space". Extremely unprofessional and violationg. After cleaning the entire apartment for two days straight, they still had the nerve to charge a $150 "cleaning fee". I would avoid properties that are managed or owned by the Haghkar group all together. The realtor who showed the place to us (I think his name was Thoma?) was great, so maybe it's just a problem with a few people, either way, avoid them if I was you.

The hunt lasted for over two months and we must have seen at least fifty houses. During this time, we spent every single weekend with Jenn. Jenn really took her time to understand our needs and wants, and never once made us feel pressured about making a decision. Even though we were probably annoyingly picky at times, Jenn made it clear that she was more interested in finding a house that we loved than closing a quick deal. She also did a great job facilitating productive communication between me and my wife when our preferences clashed. Throughout the process, Jenn was very responsive to our emails and calls and scheduled showings quickly. She was also quick to write offers and provided valuable counsel in structuring them. The lenders and other vendors that she put us in contact with inspired confidence as well. Ultimately, we got a house that we love for a price that we were comfortable with. We hope that this is our forever home, but if it isn't, we'd definitely work with Jenn again.
