Get in the torture chamber as much as you can for a month and see if it works for you. Ultimately, i LOVE Bikram, but my bank account doesn't. The services aren't extraordinarily expensive, but, the amount that I'd like to participate would preclude me from the ability to buy groceries. The instructors here (two of them, I believe, for bikram) are very helpful, so make sure you let them know if you're a newbie. Also, there is NO shame in this room of sweaty yogis. If you have to sit out a posture, do it, cause going ass over tea kettle when you're in some weird inversion just isn't fun.

High energy exercises combined with strength-training for core muscles challenged members of the class (each at their level), which worked for all of us. Stephanie has a marvelous sense of humor and inspired all of us to keep laughing and enjoying her ever-constant pace , both at the barre and on the mat.
