I came here to do live scan fingerprinting as a walk in. They were very accommodating and quick, even as a walk in it only took me about 10 minutes for the whole service. The pricing is also very reasonable. Just be sure to bring physical copies of everything, including your ID. They will not accept photos or paper copies of IDs. read more

I am a minor and was told I can bring a school ID, if you're a minor do not rely on that. You need a REAL ID. Other than that these people are super sweet and quick to help! Yesterday, I called and asked if they accept walk-ins and they do! Person on the phone was really nice they were really informative about locations and hours of operation because of the holidays. I absolutely love their business card because saving it over a year saved my life because it had all the information I needed as far as numbers, email and addresses. On the phone, Felipe asked me when I was planning on coming in and said if need be he is willing to close a little after. So sweet for him to offer. Anyhow, in person he's even more sweet. My phone had died and I was able to use his charger to get some usage. And once I was done with the live scan and transaction, he offered for me to stay a little longer so that my phone charges more. I was looking for a livescan fingerprinting services because I need it for my RN renewal license. I read all the Yelpreviews of AD Live scan and Notary Services, I decided to give their establishment a try. They are located in East Chula Vista area. It was around 2 pm when I visited. I didn't have an appointment. The place was a little bit challenging to find. I drove around the building area several times. I was blessed to find parking because only one unmarked space for parking was waiting for me. All unmarked parking spaces were all taken. The Business logo outside was very helpful to locate them. I entered the building and they are located at the left side of the building . The first room on the left. I was passing by and a gentleman greeted me. He directed me to wait at the waiting area because there was a customer ahead of me. The waiting time was only about 10-15 minutes. After the wait, I was quickly attended to. The room is small but very organized, neat and clean. Their equipment and furniture looks new. I learned later that the gentleman's name is Alex Marquez,co owner and loan signing specialist. I asked Alex about the process of the live scan finger processing, He said that it takes about 3-5 days. I also asked other questions and he was knowledgeable. The live scan fingerprinting was very quick and easy. It only took 5-10 minutes. Alex was very professional,courteous and friendly. I received a great customer service.
