This Postal Annex is so convenient and owners have always been lovely. HOWEVER I can't help but feel slightly disrespected by their pricing of 1 sheet of paper(black and white, one sided), $3.27!! FedEx charges .27 cents for the same. When I made a face about how expensive I thought that was, owner pointed down at price stated on the counter-which is totally fair-but THEN he said, "that's for my time of walking back to the printer". Ummmm, you mean the printer that's 5 steps from you? That's the part that felt really off to me. Like, really? You're going to justify your clearly overpriced charge for one sheet of paper by 5 steps? It felt scummy. I could understand if he would have said, ink is expensive or something else. But saying you're charging that much for your time of walking back to the printer just felt like a lack of integrity. Unfortunately they've lost me as a customer. I would rather drive a couple of extra miles than feel like I'm doing business with someone who lacks integrity. *UPDATE* After owners response: He absolutely did say the words "I have to walk to the printer" as a response to my comment about the high price. Whatever else he meant was not verbally communicated. $3.27 for printing one piece of paper and using 6 inches of packing tape(Amazon size envelope) feels like price gouging any way you slice it. read more

I brought a package with return label and was told I had to purchase tape just to send the package because they would not tape the return label on the box for me. Not only do they handle their business with proper care and dedication. I have seen them treat every person that walks through that door with care and compassion. The older man that works there is a thief, we return the truck with half a tank and magically overnight it was almost 1/4 watch out for all the uhaul fees. 89cents a mile. Also he is in a bad mood and he will start yelling at you in front of the other customers. Do not go here if you are in a good mood. Bad vibes all over the place. The guy was throwing such bad vibes that I ended up fainting and he still gave the car to my cousin using my information!!! License, insurance and credit card. This location is tucked in the corner but don't let that fool you! I needed notary service quickly and they delivered! The lady that helped me out was very thorough and efficient. I appreciate how they follow all Covid-19 guidelines. They have arrows showing you which way to go, all staff wears face masks, there's a clear barrier that separates the workers from the customers and they require customers to wear face masks. I've had them mail things, package, grab stamps and buy cards BUT would you imagine, they took the wedding vows I gave them and had them put on canvas as a present to a newly married couple? Yep, Mr. Pankaj and his wife won over my heart by recently using their resources to the fullest, processing my request and achieving the ultimate gift of all time - canvas, real frame and ready to hang - style, font or color (canvas color too!) no questions asked. It was, as Mr. Pankaj stated, "an effort" and something he would personally oversee to ensure the quality was perfection - WOW, have not seen that type of service in years! This is a friendly place to get your mail. They always greet you when you arrive and provide you with everything in a timely manner. I have never had a lost mail item at this location, it is much further from my home than other mail box stores but the reviews for those locations state lost mail, so i didnt want to risk it.
