I don't go to the post office. I come to this Postal Annex! The owner is very sweet and caring. Great with kids. Well with my kid at least (he's 12 at the time of this review) haha they have all kinds of cutesie stuff; it's never super crowded. Always greet you as soon as you walk in the door. You feel like family! There's a guy too who came to major major rescue with me over my panic shipment and I couldn't have been more thankful for his great level of care for my shipping needs. They have a small bank of mailboxes if you want to receive mail there. They ship via USPS, FEDEX and UPS. They're able to tell you the estimated delivery time for each as well as the price based on the service you select. Also they have notary services as well! If you sign up and make an account with them (super easy and fast process, they walk you through it), it'll save your shipping information and those of your recepients so if you send stuff multiple times to one or several addresses it's all saved there for next time! It's an amazing one stop shop and I highly recommend it! They're located in a shopping center so plenty of parking and their hours are very accommodating for those working full time that can't make it to the post office! read more

I don't go to the post office anymore and just come here! Super convenient with lots of parking. Everyone who works here are soooo nice! They care about customer service which is rare these days. When you walk in someone always greets you in a friendly manner. They have tons of cute little knickknacks/gifts to browse and the store is well organized. I've sent many packages out from here, have gotten new keys made, they always make it easy and seamless. Today I recently sent a package out to a deployed naval ship and they helped explain the pricing and gave me tips on how to save money on shipping next time I ship to a military AP address. Whenever I need something shipped quick and easy the Postal Annex is definitely where I go. It is literally right near my house and I never have an issue shipping anything out. The location is easy to find and it is shared by various local businesses. So if you ever have errands this little shopping center has everything so that you would probablyfinish all of them in one go. Once arriving there is 2-3 spots for the business that are 15 min parking so that you can park and go. The business is clean and has everything you need to shIp everything out. The employees are so sweet and are very helpful. You can tell they are great people by the numerous clients coming back and the employees remembering them by name. So if you are in the area and you want a quick and easy place to ship off your stuff or just want to look around in their little shop, then this is the place! Customer service is top notch but don't recommend shipping from here. I paid $35 to ship a medium sized box that weighed 8lbs. When I left, I looked up how much it would have cost if I'd gone to USPS directly (which I normally do) and it was $20!! I don't understand why the $15 upcharge. read more

Love coming here cos the workers all have great customer service. There's usually little to no wait time unlike when you go to the post office. They help you pack by cutting up the box and make sure items fit snugly, tape it up, and add misc items like bubble wrap if needed etc. they also accept ups and fedex items as long as they do not have to scan a QR code- in other words, you should already have the label printed. read more

Huge thank you to Heidi for making a bad situation right. I dropped off an important package Friday afternoon for overnight Fedex Express pickup to arrive Monday morning to a client in Milwaukee. Saturday morning I decided to check on it's progress and to my surprise and concern, it didn't show as picked up. I started to worry. I called as soon as they opened and Heidi answered. She confirmed that my package was still there... never picked up. Uh oh. She took my name and number and promised to look into it and follow up. Sure enough, an hour later she called. She took full responsibility and admitted their mistake. The package was missed during Friday's pickup and the driver never came back once they realized and called for him to return. I get it. Accidents happen... but now I'm in trouble. My client is expecting that package first thing Monday morning and now I'm a day behind already. Fedex picks up again at 3, but I want to make 100% sure it'll arrive now since we lost a day. Heidi tells me she'll do some digging and call me back. She calls me again and says good news and bad news. Bad news is that Fedex has no cargo planes leaving this weekend for some reason. Good news is UPS can get it there. She said they'll foot the bill for the new label since it was their mistake to make it right and even drove it over to the UPS hub personally to make sure it went out. Fast forward to Monday, package arrived on-time in Milwaukee, my client none the wiser. Heidi saved the day!! Thank you so much!! Now that's customer service and commitment!! read more
