I walked in off the street anxious and over whelmed. I bought a dress at another shop that once got home I completely hated. I had felt rushed into purchasing a dress that didn't flatter my body type and didn't feel like me. I honestly expected to be turned away because I didn't have an appointment and I explained that my wedding was only 6 weeks away. I had a very specific taste in what I was looking for and was feeling uncertain that the dress I wanted even existed. Helen quickly started pulling dresses that matched my size, style and budget that were off the rack so I would have them in time for my wedding. One of them I loved immediately it looked like what I was envisioning and it was my size! Honestly it was meant to be. I tried the dress on and I cried. It is absolutely perfect and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! I had a wonderful experience with Helen. I was nervous to try on wedding dresses and couldn't really decide on a style I loved. I made an appointment and upon arrival, Helen patiently let me go through all the photos of the dresses I liked from their site and was knowledgeable about what was in stock and what was discontinued. She also made recommendations for styles I hadn't chosen or think I'd like - I think I tried on 10-11 total and she was very helpful in helping me get into them with the varied sizing and keeping me organized in terms of which I liked vs not. I wasn't able to bring all of the ladies I wanted for my appointment, due to COVID policy which was understandable, especially given that I was there during business hours. I fell in love with and bought my dress at this appointment and proceeded to schedule a champagne session with all of my bridesmaids where you and your girls go in after the store has closed and have the place to yourselves. They all (except one) were able to find styles they loved and they had many available with my color selections - we all had so much fun. There ended up being a few more of us than planned, so I was very appreciative that Helen and her staff did not make us feel as we were putting them out and made everyone feel welcome and included. The lady gave me a very hard time that my dress wasn't in and she was causing me so much and anxiety and she never really help me look for a dress she was just shaming me that I should've gotten it sooner. I love my wedding dress from A Day to Remember! It's the perfect choice for someone who needs a glamorous gown at an affordable price. Over all, I had a good experience. The owner was the most helpful in choosing the right gown. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the person who originally helped me at my appointment seemed very disinterested in helping me - that was a disappointment. The manager needs to find another occupation because weddings And proms are NOT the time or place for some negative nelly to give her two cents. And let me tell y'all they seem to have quite a few issues if you read the majority of the reviews on this piece of cr*p store- and they handle them SO POORLY! When they are in the wrong they will turn the issue around and say it's the customers fault instead of accepting a modicum of responsibility. Not a one "I'm sorry ma'am. What can we do to rectify this situation?" just a ton of attitude and "this isn't my problem" and "YOU should have done this". I have never written a Yelp review in my life... but then again I've never been here before either. -Please take your business elsewhere, I'd love to spare y'all the displeasure of stepping into this place. Some things that are ridiculous about this place are - No photographs [They don't want you to take the time and weigh your options and pick the gown you really want. They want you to pay them. Right now. Even if it's not your dream dress and this makes their no-return policy kind of cruddy because girls can never be sure if they got the right gown] - The 25$ hold fee [They already overcharge for these gowns and yet they expect you to pay 25$ for them to not sell it to anyone else? And that's only for 24 hours! Again they don't want to give you a chance to look elsewhere or think it over. They just want your money! But they don't care. If they can double book appointments and potentially get two sales and make more money their happy. The staff welcomed me immediately upon arrival on my shopping adventure for my Mother of the Groom dress. This experience of trying to find a dress was very uneasy for me. They had the dress I had inquired about and suggested three more based on my narrow criteria. One of their suggested dresses was perfect in so many ways. I could get the color and style that looked amazing. We send a picture to share with the bride. They help me find the best wrap to accessorize my beautiful dress. They even gave me a list of people for alterations and suggested contacting them now. Their experience help me feel very confident in my selections. I was thoroughly disappointed in my visit to this salon, especially after struggling to find a street parking spot down the street. First of all, as the other reviewer said, there is one viewing area for everyone's guests to sit in, and they all have to take their shoes off first. I only brought my mom and future mother-in-law, and good thing it was only them, because there were no other seats left since there were another bride and a girl shopping for prom there. I understand that it's a boutique in a downtown area so space is limited, but I just felt so cramped and distracted. A big deal breaker for me was that I was thrown into my dressing room with my dresses and nobody helped me get in and out of them. If you have ever tried wedding gowns on, then you know the majority of them are huge and bulky and it's very difficult to manage all of that fabric on your own. The consultant stayed outside the room and told me to call her in when I was ready to be zipped up and clipped in. I am very small, and with most dresses being bigger than a size 10, I need good clips to make the dress look the way it's supposed to. The consultant could barely find any clips, and the ones she did find were tiny--she basically just had to hold the dress in the back, which kind of ruins it when you're really trying to envision what you'll look like on your wedding day. Finally, I found a dress I loved, and it was priced around $1700. I was told that this dress was an "exclusive" and was made by a private designer for this salon only (House of Jackson Parker), so I wouldn't be able to get it anywhere else. Okay, fine. Pictures weren't allowed, but the other bride was snapping away from every angle, so after much grumbling and attitude, my consultant let my mom take 2 pictures of the dress. Fast forward to the next salon I went to in Bedford, and what do I find? THE EXACT SAME DRESS. I kid you not, the same dress, only $200 cheaper, and the Bedford salon includes some other perks when you buy your dress, so really I would have saved about $400. The consultant at the Bedford salon informed me that some places put their own labels on dresses and claim that they are "exclusives" so that brides will be forced to buy from them. She was right--the dress in Concord had the same font on its label as the one in Bedford, but instead of saying, "Private Label" which is the real designer of the dress, it said, "House of Jackson Parker." I was beyond furious that they had tried to fool me (to be fair I don't know if the consultant actually knew this or was just spouting what she had been told by whoever was in charge of buying). Maybe that's why they don't allow pictures? They have a large selection here, but save your time, I'm sure you can find their brands elsewhere without the headache and skepticism you'll be feeling wondering if they're trying to pull a fast one on you. read more

I walked in off the street today (Saturday), unaware that they only do appointments on Saturday. A very nice woman who told me she was new asked if I had an appointment, I said no and asked if it was a problem if I tried on a few dresses. She said no. She showed me several and I picked out a few to try on. As I walked towards the counter, I heard the other employee loudly--and clearly for my benefit lodly announcing that "we only do appointments on Saturday and we have two brides coming in"...blah blah blah. Im sure she made the other employee feel bad and now I feel complerely unwelcome. I asked if it was a problem to try on dresses, that I didnt require sales assistance. She then offered to put me in their smaller dressing room for a short time, ungraciously. At that point it was clear I was an unwelcome guest and I told her that for a 49 year old woman really looking forward to trying on her first wedding dress, she made the whole experience suck. I get it, you do appointments. I didn't know. I asked if it was ok and was told yes. To then make me feel like crap about it was rude and unnecessary. Not really surprising why they have bad reviews. To the nice lady who tried to help...you should take your good customer service to a place that deserves you. read more

I was also thoroughly disappointed with this bridal appointment. The front of the shop does not welcome you in, its dingy feeling. There are a fair amount of dresses to try on, but the sample dresses are also dingy and dirty. Like yellow in color and I refused to try a couple on because they looked dirty! Ew! Like others have said, the viewing area is one large room with just a couple of couches, and I found it SUPER WEIRD that you have to take your shoes off before entering. Just odd... who wants to walk about in their socks, god forbid it was summertime and you walk around bare foot! Just not sanitary, and if your trying to keep the place clean, use a vacuum. The consultant was nice enough, but really didn't have the knowledge about the dresses. She didn't know where to guide me. Just not a place I would suggest. I have been to many bridal boutiques and NONE of them made me take my SHOES OFF before entering viewing room. The "no picture" policy is WACK! I find that silly. Brides like to compare dresses to help them decide which one, and if I can't take a picture to remember later then I am definitely less apt to return, whether or not you claim to have unique bridal dresses that can't be found online or not, just makes me hesitant to return or purchase from you. I came to A Day To Remember feeling a little apprehensive after reading all of the negative reviews, but after my experience, I've determined those brides wouldn't be pleased no matter where they went. A Day To Remember is the first place I've ever tried on a wedding dress, and despite being there on a Saturday before prom season, I felt like I was given an ample amount of attention. I was the only bride my consultant was working with and Lisa was very professional and paid attention to the dresses I initially picked out and brought me several similar styles. She offered to help me in and out of every gown, which I declined. I found two dresses I loved and she didn't push me to make a decision, but suggested I go home, sleep on it and come back in a few weeks. The guests I brought with me really liked the experience as well and no one minded that we were asked to remove our shoes. There were thousand dollar gowns touching the floor, I didn't want to drag it through some dirt or worse from someone's shoe. Someone mentioned that no undergarments were provided and I have to say this was a positive for me. I brought my own strapless bra because I was trying on wedding dresses....why wouldn't I think ahead and bring my own??? Another big box bridal store I went to insisted I wear the undergarments provided which were not only way to big, but also ripped. I much preferred being able to wear my own tried and true bra. My only reason for deducting a star is that when we were there, it sounded like there had been some miscommunication about staffing and it was discussed openly on the sales floor. While I understand the frustration about the situation, it would have been better discussed behind closed doors. read more

I completely agree with the other negative reviews. This was my 4th time shopping for wedding dresses, so let's just say I wasn't new to the scene. When we arrived I had to fill out a form with completely irrelevant information, such as my work number, address, and bridal party's names. The only important information I wrote down was what style dress I was looking for which they clearly didn't read. They showed us to the room I would be using which was small and my party of 5 put their things in there. A very nice girl showed me the 2, yes only 2, racks of wedding dresses to look through. We picked out 4 or 5 dresses and headed to the dressing room. I told them my best friend would be helping me in and out of the dresses because I felt most comfortable with her. After putting on the first dress and realizing I was still in my black bra, I thought oh well, I'll just imagine what I'll look like with no straps here. I stepped out and was instructed to go stand on the 3rd pedestal , farthest away from the people with me. Not only were they too far away to hear anything I was saying to the consultant, who miraculously switched from the very nice girl to some woman trying to convince me she can change any dress into the dress of my dreams, and I was standing next to another bride. I was very put off by the small space and lack of intimacy. I am very decisive and as soon as I looked at myself I said, " nope this isn't it." . The consultant proceeded to make me explain to her every little thing I didn't like about it. I know she was trying to get an idea about what I was looking for, but I doubt knowing every single detail would have helped especially with the lack of selection. I know this is long, but bear with me. I went to try on a second dress and they moved me to a new room, having us leave our belongings in an open room, and me standing in the hall wearing a dress hanging off me. Then the consultant unzipped me, requested that only she zip or lace me up, and shut my best friend out of the dressing room. I almost laser beam killed her with my eyes through that door. I had to open the door and ask my friend to come in. I also realized at no point has they asked me about a price point. Almost all the dress I was trying on were out of my price range and I was so angry that they would watch me possibly fall in love with a dress and go SURPRISE YOU CANT AFFORD IT! The 2nd dress I tried, she spent 10 minutes trying to convince me I could like the dress I had on, and took the frickin belt off ANOTHER bride next to me so she could see it on. I wanted to apologize to the poor girl. I even expressed to the consultant I didn't particularly care for the belt. I could write a book on all of the other negative details of this trip, but it ended with me trying 3 other dresses on I didn't like, shooting down 2 more, and quickly grabbing my clothes and getting dressed. When my party and I were getting ready to leave, she asked what my plans are and I told her we were going to a shop in Bedford. She looked concerned and gave me a disapproving face. I accepted the card she gave me to the other store location she had to get her to shut up, thanked her for her time, and beat feet out of there. We all had a terrible experience. My party wasn't included in the least, and I felt the woman was trying to pressure me into dresses I expressed I didn't like. read more

This was the worst prom dress experience ever. When my daughter, her friend, and myself walked in, not one person greeted us with a hello. When my daughter found 2 dresses to try on the older woman who works there had an attitude. She was not helpful at all. As it states in the store no pictures unless you put a deposit on the dress. I mentioned how that's odd since we had been to many places prom dress shopping and never encountered that before. The older woman said many places are like that. I said really, where? She could only name one other place and even wasn't too sure about her response. She also made comments to my daughter in the dressing room about her size. Mind you, she's a size 2. Worst experience ever! My daughter received her wedding gown after 4 months and it was too short even though we ordered it custom length and paid an additional $250 to do so. All but $80 is paid on it so that is all the Manager (Helen) is willing to waive even though the custom length wasn't done. Designer has to make a new dress which won't be in until 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding date and alterations will need to be made. For an experience that should have been one of her best days of her life picking up her dream wedding gown was the complete opposite! No ac in the middle of the summer trying on dresses and no photos could be taken. read more

I was married in May 2013 and can not say enough positive things about my experience at A Day to Remember. I made an appointment to try on dresses (as is customary at any quality bridal salon) and when I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff. I worked with Helen, who I believe is the owner, and her experience was evident. We sat down to discuss the styles that I was interested in and she escorted me into a fitting room. She then brought me six dresses that matched my description perfectly. I liked that I wasn't given a dozen dresses, which can be overwhelming. Each time that I changed I was assisted into and out of my gowns. We were able to narrow it down to two dresses, at which point Helen suggested that my mom and I go to lunch and think about it. I loved that I didn't feel pressured into purchasing immediately. After lunch we returned and went through the racks to make sure that I hadn't missed anything. It was then that I found The Dress. It was a little large for me, so I was snugly clipped into it. Not every sample will be in your size, use your imagination. Once I had selected my dress we were allowed to take pictures (this is the policy at every store that I have visited). I placed my order, which included custom measurements, and I was quoted 3-4 months for the dress to arrive. In 7 weeks I was called and the let me know that my dress had arrived. I scheduled a first fitting and fell in love with my dress all over again. After a few minor alterations I was called back for my second fitting and dress was perfect. My mother and bridesmaids also purchased their dresses at A Day to Remember, with similarly outstanding results. My bridal party was gorgeous on my wedding day thanks to Helen and her staff at A Day to Remember. Take reviews with a grain of salt, people tend to use this site to trash businesses after a situation that may have been beyond the owner's control. I worked with Kat who helped my find the dress of my dreams. After purchasing the dress, she even helped me purchase a tie and then a veil for my dress. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Here's the short review: this is fine for brides who are on a budget, but want better service than David's Bridal. This is NOT for someone looking for a one-of-a-kind, pampering experience. Here's the scoop: * It was a good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged (and I had an appointment!) * My "entourage" was basically ignored. I was told in advance that I could only bring 2-3 people, so I chose my mom, maid of honor, and another bridesmaid. * There is ONE "viewing room" where family/friends wait for you to come out of the dressing room to show the dress (and EVERYONE has to take off their shoes to go in the room...even if you're just crossing through the room to use the restroom) * I felt like the bridal consultant only half-listened to me when I described what I wanted. She seemed exhausted and stressed. * No one asked what my budget was * Undergarments (strapless bra, corset, slip, etc) were NOT provided. I was trying on dresses in my "street" bra. * I was not offered any help getting into the dresses, which as you will find out is a HUGE challenge. Someone should really help you with all those layers! If you want to run amok and try on dresses by yourself, this is for you. Pick dresses off the rack and try them on, show them to your entourage, then leave. If you prefer a superior customer experience, I recommend Madeline's Daughter in Portsmouth. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I went to the store to get my measurements done by a professional to send to my friend who is placing the bridesmaid dress order in Ohio. The woman with the red hair (I do not remember her name or her position within the store) was very rude. She had no bed side manner. I have a figure and am busty. With that said, she was rude about the sizing of my dress and stated that I needed to think about losing weight if I wanted to get into a certain size. When in fact, I do not care what size the dress is, I just want it to fit! If anyone is body conscious, do not go here. I am glad I did not give them any money. read more

When I walked into the Princess Shop it looked like everything I'd been hoping for in a bridal shop! The owner had me sign in before we started looking at dresses- and then she walked over to view the gowns with me. After a minute she had to step away to take a phone call which left me a chance to look at some price tags - sadly for me, there was nothing under about $550 .. my heart sunk! I am on a budget for my wedding and I can't afford to spend that much on a dress. I felt it would be rude to walk out after the owner had been so helpful.. but! When she came back and I said "your dresses are really lovely but I can't afford any of the dresses I like" - she replied in a demeaning way and made me feel terrible. I am sure she didn't mean to but in these hard economic times it's difficult for me to justify spending $1000 on a dress I will wear once - and her reaction made me feel that I would never recommend her shop to anyone! read more

The owner (red head) is the only thing that prevents this store from being better rated. She should get into a different business altogether as she doesn't have a clue about customer service. Face constantly frowning, rude mannerisms, aggressive....all the characteristics you should NOT have as a bridal consultant. If she were to hand over the reigns to staff & leave the store permanently, I'm certain business would be much better than it currently is. The young woman that greeted us upon entry was very polite and friendly and let us get on with it. All was well until the owner barged in as if she just went for a 3km jog...annoyed, frantic, totally unhelpful & condescending. Sadly just another case of "I want to run a business but don't have any skills to do so". She'd be better off selling the business & enrolling in the army. In response to Helen: I'm going to do this in order. First, you were argumentative until you realized the dress was, in fact, defective and the fitting issue was not the fault of you or your staff. When you realized that you had measured me incorrectly and the measurement was off by an inch you said that an inch "shouldn't matter" and was "no big deal" so that couldn't be why the dress didn't fit right. Now you say it IS a big deal...which is it? Furthermore, there's no way I could've gained an inch in my hips in 2 weeks because I am NOT pregnant! One of your staff members mentioned that to me as well and I told her the same thing. Clearly there is some misinformation coming from somewhere. And to make that accusation without verifying it is very unprofessional and totally out of line. The fact that the Maggie Soterro rep drove the replacement dress to the store is not impressive. Firstly, it's her job, she's a rep for the designer! Second, she drove from MA to NH - not very far. I am a sales rep as well and I drive up to 7 hours a day for my job, so I'm not impressed. Also, if you were out sick, why did you not let your staff know that you'd be out that day? If they had known you were sick I would think they'd immediately say that you were out with the flu, not try to call you for the 30 minutes I was there waiting. Additionally, as a professional, I would think you'd somehow (either personally or through your staff) call your appointments and reschedule, not just let them waste their time going to meet you. And in summary - I ordered a size 4, it was defective, that is grounds for a refund. (and my wedding is in July, not June) I do not fault you for defending yourself, even though you've used some lies to do so. However, I've lowered my rating to one star because of the accusation that I'm pregnant, which is completely unacceptable behavior from a business woman. We were graciously accommodated when we came in to the store today as a walk-in, despite that being unusual for the store, and the dresses were pretty, but that is about all that can be said. Customer service was left wanting. I cannot remember if or when the stylist even gave their name. I have always looked forward to when I would have a reason to be able to browse the store due to their beautiful displays, but was left disappointed. Dresses were RIDICULOUSLY small; I'm usually a size 4 but nearly fit into a size 14, other bridesmaids couldn't even fit into the dresses. We were CONSISTENTLY reminded of which dresses were "budget friendly" in a very judgmental manner. When a dress was shown to us, if we didn't like it, we received a look of annoyance and a clipped "ok" as if we were supposed to like EVERY dress she pulled out or that we were being picky (we were there maybe an hour and tried on 10 different dresses). Then, we found a dress all the bridesmaids loved and were told after the fact that it actually WASN'T available in the chosen color despite being told it was. We wouldn't have even tried it if it was not going to be available in that color. I would have rather we were turned away for not having an appointment and left mildly disappointed than to have to deal with the frustration and embarrassment of interacting with the unfriendly staff. It's a shame they don't have more, recent reviews! I met this boutique at a bridal show in Nashua. At first I was worried I wouldn't find something I could afford, but I did! First, I went, pre-shopping, with my girl friend. Katt (I'm a Cat too! It was fate!) helped me try on several styles and kept them on file for me. Since my MIL is from out of state, I scheduled a special appointment for Black Friday, because she'd be in town for the holidays. The boutique opened an hour early for us. I was a half hour late, I got pulled over (no ticket!) and got lost, but Katt was ever so patient with me. We let the mothers pick through the racks, and after I tried on everything they wanted to see, Katt laced me up into THE dress. She was absolutely exceptional at identifying my likes, dislikes and pulling dresses based on those things. There was no pressure, ever, to buy. I bought my dress straight off the floor. Katt had great suggestions for bustling the small train, where alterations should be made if I needed them, accessories, shoes and the veil. She made me feel like she was my friend educating me, not a consultant selling me. The women here are very kind, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for their brides. I HIGHLY recommend you at least visit this place. You will be so impressed with their service. No other boutique will shine quite like them :) Thank you again, Katt. I'm sad to see all the bad reviews as I had a wonderful experience here! First, I think it's wonderful they don't want their white dresses dragging on the floor people's dirty shoes are on (especially if you buy a floor model!) second, I found the small size comforting and inviting and not overwhelming. Upon arriving I informed Helen that I would probably not be purchasing a dress and just wanted to get some ideas because I would be reconstructing my mothers, and this did not affect how she treated me at all. I explained what I was looking for and she picked out some and had my mom and sister do the same. She helped me zip in and out of every dress and talked with me about what I did and didn't like about each. At the end, I was torn between two dresses and Helen did not make me feel pressured in to making a decision. She dolled me up with belts and headpieces and let me see the 'total look' with each. When I finally made one, she kindly told me that's the one she hoped I'd pick because she thought it matched my personality (genuine or not, it made me happy). I ended up taking a look at bridesmaids dresses after bc my sister was with me and quickly got overwhelmed with sizes, prices, colors, styles, etc. Again, Helen did not make me feel pressured or as if I were wasting her time. She even suggested grabbing lunch and coming back with fresh eyes. Once I chose a bridesmaids dress, Helen informed me that since my girls dresses are going to be different colors and do not need to be from the same dye lot they can be ordered from anywhere. This was extremely helpful since most of my girls are from out of state. i am also out of state (I live in FL) and have gotten calls when my both my belt and dress came in. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience in this boutique!! My only negative is that I couldn't take pictures....I was dying to get feedback from my bridesmaids, but I understand rules are rules. read more

The woman working with us was very helpful - not too pushy, but provided helpful tips and suggestions. I didn't feel pressured, but ended up finding a great bridesmaid dress. We were the only party there on a Sunday (by appointment only on Sundays) and got the whole store to ourselves. While my dress hasn't come in yet, I have high hopes it will work out well. read more

I was not impressed by the service we received at this boutique. I understand that there will always be a million brides and wedding parties looking for their special dresses however, when you make an appointment you at least expect there will be someone semi dedicated to helping you out. I'd rather shop somewhere where I am not treated as your possible commission as we clearly were. In the tiny back room where they squeeze all the bridesmaids parties our smaller party was shoved aside repeatedly and rudely by the older pushy saleswoman who was clearly about to make some bucks on other girls. We had been kicked out of our 1 dressing room, while we were still literally trying dresses on. That same woman yelled "One fitting room per party!" at us. Yes, we know, and we only had one. YOUR party was the one that took our room, while our clothes were still on the floor. The whole experience was just awful. From having to take our shoes off on the dirty carpet to being shoved in the corner of the back room and being ignored by our consultant when her bride came in. And the $$'s! One simple Google search and I found the same Bill Levkoff dress that was $230 there at other area stores for $160. Save your money ladies, and go where you are treated like an individual, not a possible commission for the pushy, old and rude sales ladies. read more

I cannot say enough about how wonderful A Day to Remember was. I purchased my wedding dress there and the place was great, but they don't have in house alterations so I took my dress somewhere else. When I got it back it was horrsndous! the woman created and LEFT holes in the dress and left it missing a button. I was mortified, but I had already spent so much money I didn't want to pay to take it somewhere else. My mom decided she would try her best at altering it. Although it wasn't perfect, my mom got it tolerable. I then called A Day to remember to see if they could last minute steam it, as this is a complimentary service that they offer. You are supposed to give 48 hours notice, but due to the last minute salvaging of my dress, I was only able to give them 24. They still went out of their way to accommodate me. I told them the story of the horrid alterations. Later that day, I received a call asking me if the same woman had done the bustle. I said yes and that I wasn't happy with it, but we didnt know how to fix it. She said that the owner is a custom dress maker and that she would like to redo my bustle for me FREE OF CHARGE! Not only was this so much extra work, it was 24 hours before I needed to leave for my wedding! Later that night I received a phone call from the owner herself. She said that she had gotten into the dress and saw the horrible alterations, holes, and missing beads that the previous woman had left. She wanted to completely redo the dress for me - again FREE OF CHARGE. She must have worked for 24 hours straight on redoing my entire wedding gown. She would not take a penny of my money. She were just concerned that I was happy with my dress and felt beautiful on my wedding day. She just kept saying that there is no way she would let a bride walk down the aisle in a dress that she wasn't 100% happy with. This store will literally do anything and everything within their power to make sure that your special day is just as you dreamed! read more

i will never ever even go in that store again. i went in looking for a bridemaid dress, the staff was "too busy" to help me. they claimed they would help me in a moment and never even came back to help me. dont even bother going in to this store! read more
