I recently lost a lot of weight and needed to have my suits tailored. It was TOO MUCH to take in for some other, less qualified "Clothing & Apparel" Stores, but not for Susie! She started to explain how she would take some here and there and I stopped her. I don't need to know all your Magic. I just need to know that you CAN do it LOL. I put on my suits one by one and she measured and made her "marks." I left 2 suits with her and let the magic begin. I came a couple weeks later (as I requested) as I was in no rush. Just as promised Susie had them ready to try on. I put each suit on and I could tell how pleased and proud she was with her work. AS WAS I !! Instead of the "Other Stores" trying to sell me new suits, Susie made these come back to life. I can't tell you if it was expensive or not as it doesn't matter. When you receive the wonderful care and service like this AND you don't have to buy 2 new suits... it is priceless in my mind. Truth be told: I don't know if Maria smokes butts...but I can tell you that she is an older European woman who is one hell of a tailor!! I have been to see her many times and she is great. The problem lies in…read morethe fact that there is no number to call to check your balance on the card and despite the card saying that there's a number on the machine to call to check your balance when I call Cleary's to get the number on the machine there is no phone number. I don't know if this is a scam to get people to come back to check the balance on their card thinking they can do their laundry and then finding out they can't because nowadays with the way money is and the way people are having a hard time of it there should be a number to call to get your card balance. I have dealt with many card operated laundromats before and this has never been a problem there's usually a number on the back of the card or there's a number on the machine that the person at the laundromat can give you. This is bad business. They don't care whether or not you have to waste time to go down and get your card balance even if you have nothing on your card and barely any gas in your tank just to see if you have enough money to do your laundry. Awful setup!
