He LOVES going to this place. He starts going crazy in the car when he realizes we've pulled into the parking lot of the plaza where they're located. Bruno and the staff are able to handle my little hellion's shenanigans and have even been trying to teach him some new tricks. They also trim his nails while he's at daycare. My parents also started bringing their shih tzu for grooming here. They've been doing an excellent job with the cuts and he hasn't been freakin out like he used with his previous groomer.

She responded with "I will give your number to the groomer, he will call you to come in for a later time" What? I left my work early for this and came home. Again, no apology, no explanation.
