My dog just got back from being groomed here, she looks great! The woman I met when I dropped her off was very nice and knowledgeable (I forget her name). She was familiar with the knee issue my dog has and advised about not cutting my dog's hair too short since she could get sunburned. Timing and price were very reasonable. We will be back for sure. Also, we were advised that our dog is a little overweight - because SHE IS! It's 100% our fault and we know that. I'm not sure why anyone would get offended by this, it's unhealthy and it's the owner's fault. We should be reminded to keep our pets healthy and in good shape. Bath and Biscuit is by far the cleanest AND least expensive of the area doggie daycares. The staff are so kind to the owners and loving to the dogs. My dog cannot get in the door fast enough and I feel very good about leaving her there for 7 hours. She is totally exhausted when she comes home. My puppy Lacey is currently spending her first day at daycare at B&B. The price is really good, $20 for the day! I called a bunch of other places and this was by far the best price. They do grooming, and daycare is only $10 for the day when your dog gets groomed. The only negative is that you have to pick up your dog by 5:30pm or you get charged a late fee. My puppy spends way too much time in the crate and doesn't get enough exercise during the week. I'm hoping daycare will tire her out so we both feel better! read more

Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to say the least... My family and I had been using B&B for years and had nothing but positive things to say about their services until a few months back when I brought my dog there for a grooming. I will be the first to admit I had let it go to long in between baths but I'm only human, back to work with a baby at home and hard to coordinate dropping my dog off. So when I finally was able to bring her in, right away I was judged by the woman at the front desk. She said my dog was at least 10lbs overweight (mind you she's a Bernese mountain dog and is a large dog with a full coat of hair, this woman was not a vet and did not actually weigh her!), and did so in a disrespectful way and in front of a customer. I left feeling really bad, even called my husband to tell him about the interaction. When I went back in the afternoon to pick her up, another staff said the same thing to me in the same manner, yet again in front of another customer and still lacking any grounds to determine she's overweight. It gets better... that night one of their employees (Michelle) personally contacted me out of work hours on my cell phone and asked if I wanted to REHOME my dog with her! I then contacted the owner the next day to tell her about her employees unprofessional communication and she took the side of her employees, said they were just trying to help and barely apologized for Michelle contacting me and offending me- basically said I'm sorry you're offended but wasn't sorry about the situation as a whole. It was so insincere and disrespectful, she didn't offer to refund the bath or say any action would be taken. I have never experienced anything like this and hope it is helpful for future customers so they don't have to either. Disclaimer: I have been a dog owner my entire life, have only owned large breed dogs and care for this dog like I do my child. I'm writing this review now because we found a new place to go, the Groom Room and it was better quality, better service, and half the price! read more

Our puppy Maddie loves going to doggie daycare! She pulls us all the way to the doggie play area and gets very excited to greet the staff and play with her friends. The establishment is very clean, staff is very friendly and professional. Our puppy comes home happy and tired! A tired dog is a happy dog. Also you cannot beat the price! We bring our puppy once a week an will continue to bring her. read more

I love this place! My step Mom referred me to them and they are by far the nicest people and truly care for the dogs. I highly recommend.

My dog Artie goes to Bath and Biscuit a couple times a week. He loves it there and as soon as we pull in the parking lot he is barking and squealing with excitement. The staff is awesome and very caring. The price is very reasonable and the hours are 7:30-5:30. Plus they have grooming right there so I usually plan it for a day he is going to be there. I know it is a great place and Artie loves it, usually on a doggy day care day he comes home and sleeps for the rest of the night he is so wiped out!! read more
