There is ample parking out front or on the side of the building. They are currently offering curbside if you'd like to stay in your car. Having frequented many pet stores over the years, if this was closer to my house it would be a go -to. The inside isn't fancy, its no frills, but the staff is so nice and knowledgeable, the selection is great, and the prices are good too! Right when you walk in there is an aisle full of pet lover stuff for the owners, including shirts, posters and keychains. They have a huge selection of high quality dog foods, and even bigger selection of dog treats, tons of toys (including some unique that I've never seen), beds, leashes and more. They offer boarding, daycare, and training classes in an area behind the retail store. While I was there several people were picking up their pets. Interventions come at a slow pace, if at all. Cleanliness is subpar at best. The staff are typically trained through videos. This leads to poor bathing and nail clipping techniques. The latter leading to injuries. The company does not offer insurance to all of their staff members. So, if your dog injury's a staff member, your guess is as good as mine on how that is solved. In any case, not a location I would let take care of my dog. I'd rather go somewhere with a well-trained staff.
