Woohoo! As good as it gets! We had them out for a spring change on our garage doors, one of four companies we contacted and the only one that offered straight pricing, no coupons or internet specials, nor did he try to sell us unneeded parts. The other companies that came out to bid and for me to get a price on another opener for our 3rd stall said I had to replace all of my hinges & rollers that I knew where the new-the door is only 3 years old, that really turned me off on. One national chain company even tried to sell me "lifetime hinges & rollers" for $400.00! Stan showed me that my current hinges are 14 gauge commercial hinges and high-cycle nylon rollers-the same ones used on commercial garage doors and that they showed no wear nor was there a reason to be replaced. I was very thankful for Stan explaining to me. His honesty and explanation were wonderful and very insightful. Stan, the owner & installer reviewed my door, checked the parts and made sure the opener ran properly.
