I have been to many FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers all around. Since I was in the area having lunch across the street, I remembered I needed a pack of envelopes and 8X10 Copy & Print pack of papers. I also needed ink for my printer. I got the envelopes and the papers that I needed, but unfortunately they no longer carry the ink that I needed. It has been a discontinued item for a long time. The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. They have so many different things from office needs, to shipping, printing, handling, packaging and delivering. Love FedEx very much!! read more

When in a time crunch, Fedex is good when in doubt of needing to print or scan something off at their self serve stations. The place has generous parking and is well kept yet the staff seem pretty aloof and deal with customers when approached. read more

This is the best FedEx I've ever been to, they actually have people working there! Like somebody was walking on the floor, helping people with the copy machine machines and I needed help shipping a package and he handled it right away! They also have people at the counters, taking packages, and those lines are moving swiftly. And all with a smile, they seemed very nice and the person that helped me was very nice. This is the best FedEx experience, because my past ones including other states have not been good. I'm not someone who ships things very often, so I don't always know the process. Had a terrible experience at this FedEx. Apple had us send them our iPad thru FedEx for a trade-in. When the iPad arrived at Apple, they said it was broken. We went to the Fed Ex store and the manager watched the footage and saw that the iPad was still in great condition when he packed it. He had us file a claim with FedEx and the Claims line kept hanging up, or they'd reject the claim, and the mgr of the store said there was nothing they could do. We're just going in circles and neither Apple (Which required we use FedEx) or FedEx (who clearly stated that the insurance claim is valid) will take any responsibility. We've tried claims online and the phone and feel completely impotent which I expect is what they want. read more

Imagine my surprise when I reached this location, spoke to an actual person, and got the answers I needed, friendly and with patience. Nice new location about 2 blocks down from the former location. Much easier to access since it has it's own parking lot in front, versus behind the store before. With things being new, much more inviting atmosphere than the old store which was definitely a bit aged. Will see how this new location holds up after the newness wears off. read more

The new location is nice and everyone is really friendly! Everything is new so no complaints there. I'd give the store 5 stars, but the passport photos 0 stars. Look, I get that it's "instant" but the quality and lighting of photo is just way too low for a passport! I got a photo done at Fedex and figured it was good enough. When I got home, my roommate asked why the quality and lighting was so bad. She showed me her original photo she had done somewhere else and the difference was too big to ignore. I ended up going to Photo City on Ventura and Lankershim and well, the quality speaks for itself. Fedex cost me $16 and Photo City was $27, but for a photo that'll be around for 10 years, the choice is clear! I included a photo below, the Fedex photo is on the left. Also as a bonus Photo City is a local business, not a chain so it's nice to throw support to small businesses. Easy office essentials in one place. Parking available around the corner of the FedEx corner entrance. Be careful getting in as there is a slight blind spot and some people zoom in and around. Upon arrival of the center, all signs are well marked in designated stations. I needed to laminate some project and it was so easy. The staff was helpful and nice. I had THE BEST experience at this location. I literally called at 7:30 pm and the location closes at 8:00pm, with an urgent request for a project that I needed for the next day. I spoke directly to Al who asked me to email him the file and he told me what to include in my email and promised the project would be ready the next day before 12pm. Had a really good experience for my first time at this location. There is plenty of free parking on the side of the building. Had to ship an international package. The clerk by the cash helped me with the whole process as I was having trouble creating the label at home for some reason. She walked me through it with patience and my package got delivered the next day internationally! Will definitely come back to this location. Man what an unbelievably great experience. Had a last-minute deadline for of all things a giant banner - something I don't normally have to worry about - and of all times over Labor Day weekend and of course everybody's off the grid. Ended up on the phone with a manager by the name of LILY who patiently walked me through all the different options explaining deadlines, pricing, and what I would need to deliver to get back what I was hoping for. She even allowed for a conference call with my graphic designer - so the three of us could coordinate. On top of that, she worked out pricing in a way that was more affordable for the budget we had, and then suggested to make everything easier we might just ship out directly with the FedEx - which was the best option possible given that the event is across the country last minute. Went to print and requested 10 pieces of card stock paper, was informed there's a "company wide shortage" and that they cannot sell card stock paper at this time without a custom order. They informed me I could wait 30min for them to print my order. Called another location, was told that wasn't true and happily sold me card stock. I go to this fedex kinkos once a week and everyone is always friendly and great. I've never gone at this time of day. I suppose it was a bit busier. What I absolutely loved was that there was almost a greeting contest. When I walked in Tony said hello immediately. He could tell I knew what I wanted and didn't need extra help and he was right. A young lady behind the counter two seconds after Tony greeted me also welcomed me! It was superb. As I'm completing my printing at one of the printers I get to observe Tony and watch his interactions with customers. He made them feel welcomed, made sure their needs were met and pointed them on the right direction without assuming what they needed. He had the perfect balance of being available to answer questions without being overbearing. I shared a bit of this on the way out with him. I have the pleasure of working with corporations as a facilitator and often am teaching the very qualities that Tony exuded. Bravo FedEx kinkos Toluca lake, BRAVO! So waited 10 minutes for the young lady to finish her conversation in the back with her coworker & come "hep" me. Another 10 minutes of clickty clack on the computer & we don't have your package. I just come here to print documents since I do not have a printer at home. Printers are easy to use. You can print via thumb drive and email (there are other options, but those are the 2 I use). Directions are easy, then it charges you on a credit card you supply before printing. Parking is ample, there is a security guard there as well. read more

The self service printers are great and easy to use (helpful when my printer at the office was broken), and staff are always friendly. Beware if you use them as a FedEx drop-off point, though. They advertise last pickup at 5:00 pm, but yesterday I dropped off a Priority Overnight envelope at 4:19 pm and it was not picked up until THIS afternoon, several hours AFTER it should have been delivered. I even asked someone at the counter to confirm the last pickup had not been made before I left it, so I'm really frustrated and disappointed at being given wrong info. read more
