I came to print out some resumes and lags it . Takes forever to do anything Wanted to charge me $5 for two copies of my resume. Excellent service received trying out Mailbox and Photo! I came in to send an international package through DHL and Angie was so great! There were system issues preventing the transaction and she went the extra mile to get on the phone with DHL to get it done. For a package that was going to cost me a lot, it was really great to know they have your best interest. Also noticed lots of customers coming in to grab mail and they were super friendly to them. Even potential customers that they couldn't serve were treated with a lot of kindness and downright helpful attitude. Oh and they have useful chotskies for covid (masks, face shields, etc) and key copies etc. read more

Live scans are a pain & I always feel like a criminal getting them done, but the staff here was very kind and understanding. And diligent. Apparently, I have the finger pads of a safe-cracker, so he had to keep trying to get a decent scan. While he plugged away, several people came in to check their mail. He greeted each one by name. Please read the other one or no-star horrible reviews here. The issues are the same. The owner's son (there most of the time) is very rude. I was there for over 6 years. He was very rude many, many times. But it is a pain in the butt to switch all your addresses, so I let it pass. THEN they started implementing penalties last year. The first one I didn't understand but paid for it. I argued my point but relented, THEN the second fee came a few weeks later! Here is what it was. I got a package. They texted me at 3 PM on a Monday, pls pick it up in 48 hrs, or u will be penalized each day. So, right then I knew I had to get the package by Wednesday before 3 PM. I arrived at 11 AM on Wednesday to get it. At that point, the son said "You owe $1 for a late fee." I said it hasn't been two days (48 hours after the mssg) He says the day the package came in counts as one day, and the next day counts as two. I then showed him the mssg and told him THAT is not HOW time works. Two days (48 hrs) after the text from you, I should have no fee. He seemed confused and rude, but relented. I left to run errands and get a mssg from him an hour later, NO I am wrong. We are charging you the fee. I came back to tell him NO WAY. I said if this is the service you provide after 6 plus years here, I want out. At that point, his mother (Angie) arrived and got into it. I showed her the text that said to pick up pkg in two days, and I was there in less than 48 hours. She agreed and did not fine me. But the son said well if you what to leave go ahead and leave. We are closing your box. I said WHAT??? We just resolved it. He said NO, you are closed out. Horrible service and person. Funny thing is, I called my friend who recommend the place to tell the story and to close his box. He said the son was so rude two years before (So much so there was almost a fight) that he closed his box that day. He doesn't give a crap about your business or mail there. Makes you feel like they are doing you a great service, and you should be lucky to be there. So over a $1 (fraudulent) penalty, they closed my box. They lost a long-term customer and could care less. I had complained in the past about the previous fee and they were happy to close me out. I found a better vendor up the street, with no penalties and so much nicer. Please look elsewhere. You'll be better off in the long term. read more

I have been going to this place for copy and printouts of documents for some time. It's a family business with an Asian mother , Asian daughter and Asian son. The mother and daughter are nice however the son doesn't seem to like to service black customers. I am black. Countless times I've come in, he never greets me. Never shows any enthusiasm to help or acknowledgement even though I'm black I'm essentially patronizing his business still. It's always awkward silence when I come in the establishment from his end and very cold. But when a white male walks in, he gets enthusiastic, perks up, speaks to them , laughs small talks with them and so he seems to be racist so if you are black wouldn't recommend you going to them for anything. It's obvious our money doesn't spend like whites or Asians so why continue to give it to them. Today was my last and final time ever going to them for anything! It's sad that the mom and daughter have to suffer because they have a racist family member. read more
