After my very first delivery on Mothers Day from Southern Grace being flowers that died the very…read morenext day I would not have used them again. However, Ace Hardwares amazing Florist has closed its doors and my husband decided to try Southern Grace again due to their proximity to our house. While Ace hardware had FREE delivery within so many miles, Southern Grace is much closer to us and there was a $15 delivery fee. I do hope they will consider adjusting delivery fees based on location of delivery. The flowers my husband had sent to me were absolutely beautiful. We have to be very careful due to us having cats and he made sure to mention no lilies. The flowers were beautiful the day they were delivered as well as 4 days later they still look fabulous. I am not sure what he paid for them to determine value, but I do know that the $15 delivery fee was a bit excessive for a 2.5 mile delivery. I do hope they learn from the bad reviews and throw out or donate flowers that are borderline, rather than put them in bouquets people pay top dollar for.

I always note care instructions as I want them to remain vibrant for days to fully enjoy. Sending clownish, neon-bright birthday colors for a child's death is insulting, incompetent, and completely unhinged.When confronted, the man running this shop was incredibly rude, aggressive, and uncaring. He told me to just "deal with it" and that "I got what I got." is run by a cruel, heartless monster. Do not trust them with your money, and especially do not trust them with your sympathy or funeral needs. They will ruin your event and attack you for speaking up.
