My mom ordered a Christmas bouquet gift basket for over 100$ and when me and my family opened the bouquet it was pretty much empty. It was full of their advertisements, and full or cardboard shredding, had a few sad oranges, a pineapple, a few different kinds of chocolates (tiny boxes), and two bottles of wine that aren't anything that special. So we basically got overpriced wine and fruit. How wonderful. Stay away from this overpriced "luxury"company. They will take advantage of the fact you are willing to do anything for your family during Christmas and sell you expensive crap. It looks nice for sure, but its sooo not worth it. Save the 100$ and go buy your family actual chocolates and wine from the store. You'll end up with so much more and much better quality. Trust me. Thank you for reading. And best wishes to you all! My wife loves flowers and plants, and I always prefer to find the best local businesseses. After some exploring and reading some reviews, I found Art Among The Flowers, a few months ago. My first visit was a significant anniversary, and nothing short of a dozen beautiful red roses would suffice. My wife, of course, loved them, and as I told Ginny today, they were some of the healthiest and longest lasting ones I've ever gotten her. And they were gorgeous. Today's her birthday, and I opted for a plant, instead of flowers. 2020 hasn't been great for much of anyone, and I wanted something that would "grow," vs. being short-lived. The beautiful pot that's holding several healthy plants, will fit perfect in a glass display cabinet that's been empty since we moved here. It will finally get a perfect plant for everyone to see, and us to enjoy. This is a great shop. They did not give me what I ordered and ruined my daughter's graduation present. I specifically asked for a bouquet of only orange and blue- Univ. of Florida colors. I even brought them orange and blue tissue paper to match it to. They even put their sticker smack dab on the tissue paper I drive there special and it doesn't come off. Tacky and uncaring. They screwed up and offered nothing but I'm sorry. I asked for a refund and did not get it. $90 down the drain and their error. I would NEVER use them again and do not recommend them!!!! read more

do not buy! I ordered a sunflower and roses combo for my mom for mother's day. I spent 75 bucks for them to deliver an awful bunch. no roses. not the traditional sunflower. I have pictures of what was supposed to be delivered and what was delivered and they are not even close to being Similar! I emailed them about it and the response was "we heard your mom loved them, but we can come and take back the flowers for a full refund" really? this is bad business. I agreed for them to pick them up for a refund but they never responded. Now the are refusing to refund because my mom "enjoyed them" my mom was very upset that they conned and cheated me after she saw what was supposed to be delivered. My mom then called them and tried to explain the situation. Very calmly and respectfully, but the lady Ginny, lied, yelled and then HUNG UP on her. Never do business with these people unless you want trashy flowers for an expensive price. I also agreed to have them taken back, but the business never responded to me. So now this is the excuse they have for not refunding. Theyalso never specified there was a 24 hr return period until today. (3 days later) I am being falsely accused of "sabotage" because they don't like I'm reviewing. But those are the actual flowers I received and the actual picture I should have received from their website. All I wanted was the business to own up to their mistakes. I have the screen shots of our conversations and would gladly share them Update: after 5 days of arguing with this business and the community rallying around me to help right this situation, Ginny finally did the decent thing and refunded my money. I have never had such a bad experience with a business before. The owner is heartless and very difficult to work with. We went to her for my daughter's wedding. She assured us that she'd stay within our budget... that number doubled before it was over!!! Worse than that, the bridal bouquet fell apart the moment we picked it up. We had a gorgeous wedding but my daughter has no pics of her withbouquet. The owner yelled at my daughter during her photo shoot... she was rude to the wedding coordinator. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for flowers. This place is VERY expensive and VERY difficult to work with! After posting this review the owner wrote a threatening email to my daughter saying that if I wrote any more bad reviews they would share it with HER employer. They used intimidation tactics with my daughter on several occasions. Please beware. read more

Do Not Order from here! I was sent flowers for Mother's Day from my grandparents. My grandparents wanted them delivered to my mother and I on Mother's Day but my flowers ended up being delivered the day before. They were left at my side door no one rang the doorbell and even though we were home since the doorbell was not rung they sat outside for hours. When I finally noticed them I was disappointed by how crappy the plant/flower looked but I was so shocked to see the "delivery" receipt attached to the flower. The card is huge and almost as big as the flower/plant I received. On this card was all of my grandparent's information, including how much they spent on it and the credit card used. I couldn't believe this, especially since how crappy the flowers are and that they paid $69.50. The pictures will show how terrible this whole situation was. What gets me so mad is that my grandparents called to complain and I had to send photos of everything and all I got back as a response was that they were busy for Mother's Day but that's all it was, just excuses. Also, attached are photos of the plant/flower after just 7 days of having it. It is described on the "delivery" card as to last for a long time...well that clearly didn't happen. I ordered an arrangement from a picture on the website and I was assured, when I called the shop to confirm and place the order, that the arrangement sent would look like the picture. Unfortunately the arrangement that was sent in no way looked like the picture. When I called the shop to complain I was told that the arrangement sent was of equal value to what I had purchased and that they have the right to take artistic license and change the arrangement in any way they see fit. So the time I took to go through the website, select an arrangement that my friends would like and confirm my selection was a complete waste of time. I was embarrassed by what was sent. They offered to refund the entire amount but that wasn't the issue and I did not accept the refund. It would not have helped the situation. read more

My sister just had a wedding and decided on this place for them to arrange a bridal bouquet. When they delivered the bouquet on her wedding day it did not look like what was discussed. It ruined her perfect day. She was so upset. When I am in Florida, I always use this florist. I have sent sympathy baskets as well as birthday baskets. They make beautiful "birthday cake" arrangements. They always have an array of unusual flowers as well as the classics. I have never spied a carnation yet but they will do whatever you like. The owners are so easy to work with and it is a dynamic and friendly mother/ daughter duo....love that. The floral designers do a magnificent job. The shop is impeccable and lovely.
