The installer showed up completely clueless, dumped hundreds of parts all over our yard, and cobbled it together in a way that was flat-out unsafe. No cleanup, trash everywhere, and despite coming back six different times it's still not right. They've managed to scratch multiple pieces, which are now rusting, and the mess of boxes they promised to haul away are still sitting there. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry.
