I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Tailor shop. I came in with a dress that needed to be hemmed and was told they'll have it done in a week. Well one week later, I came back and was told they didn't have it ready and to wait 15 minutes. It turns out, during that 15 minute wait, the lady was rushing to hem my dress. I was furious. I saw her in the back scrambling to cut and sew my dress. What kind of good job can you do in 15 minutes while filled with anxiety?? When I got home, I saw the hem was uneven and a black stain was now present on the outer layer of my dress. Needless to say - I will not come back - I paid full price for a careless job. Another unprofessional instance I witnessed was when a customer left and I overhead the lady say (translated) "I am fixing your item and you speak to me like I'm your dog." Edit: After checking for care instructions, I discovered they removed the care tag that held my dress's extra button. There is now a HOLE in place of where the care tag was. I have no clue why they would even do this, it served no purpose to neither them or me. read more

Our favorite Tailor! The owner is the sweetest. We have had so much work done by her over the years and it has always been excellent! Bridesmaid dress, school uniform, sport jerseys, dresses, pant hems, shirt hems, and the most recent was my daughters SherryHill Ball gown. She needed to have the whole thing refitted to her. Complete sides of dress were taken in by an inch on each side all the way down, royal/Victorian bustle (just gorgeous) and hem on bottom including the layers underneath (tulle and slip). I have had a number of things tailored here from shorts, to suits to jeans and always been very please. Recently had a pair of jeans hemmed and had to bring them back because they were still too long. Most places would have likely argued how they hemmed to where I agreed and they'd be right. Probably want to charge me for it as well and It would be justified. Well, not here! Not only did they redo the hem but I also asked if the my could taper the leg down a bit as they were a little wider than I liked. They agreed and said I could pick them up tomorrow. When I returned they had redone the hem and tapered the legs perfectly. Solved my problem, did extra work and would not accept my money! I will never go to any other tailor again! They are absolutely the best! So impressed with how they handled my issue which technically wasn't even their fault. read more

My wedding is in 3 weeks and everywhere I was going was charging an arm and a leg. The owner here is sooo friendly and is having my dress done within 6 days!!!! If you are military or law enforcement this is the best tailor in town. Uniforms have always been altered and hemmed perfectly, on time and reasonably priced. She's even squeezed in next day alterations when I absolutely needed something done. She's added hidden zippers on my button up blouses, added patches and any special requests I've asked for.
