When I went to pick everything up, my shirt was missing. I'm sure Kelly saw the look on my face while I was mentally trying to figure out how I was going to replace it before the interview. Before I even had to push the issue, she stepped up and made it right. She paid for a replacement shirt and comped the suit dry cleaning. About a week later, they found my original shirt attached to someone else's order, and I picked it up yesterday. Mistakes happen anywhere. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Personalized service (they know me by name) and if I need a rush job, they can do it for me even in a pinch. A little more expensive but I find the results more reliable and higher quality pressing/color sensitivity than many cheaper places.

My shirts are handmade and the fabrics are sometimes more fragile than an average shirt and Buds makes sure that they are well pressed, the collar and cuffs are in the proper place and detail every shirt as if it were the most expensive material.
