We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

It left me scrambling to find an alternative. I dont mind if she needed to cancel, but suddenly she made it seems like I was inconveniencing her schedule. And to me, that was very unprofessional. Pricing and expectations are also not clearly communicated, and frequent mentions of tips felt unprofessional. Overall, while she has talent, reliability, transparency, and respect for a client's time are essential--especially for important events--and that was consistently lacking in my experience. These guys were great during a recent wedding I attended. Granted, I'm have never been a client…read more(one that pays for their services) but I've been a direct recipient of the great show they've put on. They have an MC who is great with the microphone and does a fantastic job of motivating the crowd into dancing and singing along with whatever he has in mind. Note, that they specialize in Chinese events and are big in the community that is Flushing. The MC had a a great sense of humor and his Chinese (Cantonese) /English is very good. He certainly won the spirits of the young and old in the crowd and most people were impressed by his sense of charisma. The rest of the production crew was good, from music guys to the stage folks. They set up things in a very timely fashion and played decent music that was appropriate for the wedding. The equipment they were using was quite decent and I must respect the fact they had a nice mixing setup with an Apple Powerbook. They were great presenters and knew their stuff better than most event planning groups. Aside from all of the praise, I must say their website is among the most annoying places I've been on the web. I would highly recommend calling them over checking out their (constantly in construction) site.

They don't actually have limos to rent, but they just get limos from other places. It seemed like a good deal at the time because we got a nice hummer limo and and our agreement was for 10 hours. However, the actual limo company called and said if we would like to upgrade to a party bus. I called and called and called back and they wouldn't answer. I left five messages telling them I do not want a party bus, I just want a limo. Guess what? They came with a party bus. We had plans to tour the city after prom ended but because it was a party bus, they can only get us from point A to point B (exact words from the driver). Also, our agreement was cut short. We only got the bus for 8 hours instead, which is a big difference. We ended up having to take taxis back because we were two hours short! We also did our hair and makeup here before prom. The makeup was way too much. They made us up as if we were doing a photoshoot, so the foundation was too light and they even put in fake eyelashes for some of us which was too much and we ended up taking them off. In the end we looked like geishas and I would've preferred doing my own makeup. Our hair was pretty well-done, but it wasn't anything spectacular. All in all, stay away from this place!

The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! After multiple calls and texts, they finally informed me--by text, not a call--that they would not make it and promised a full refund. No supervisor or owner ever called to apologize, and I never received my refund. After repeated follow-ups, I was sent a fake receipt for $100, despite being owed $461.58. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and only interested in taking your money. When things go wrong, they refuse to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would.
