On the day of the party, they claimed to be delayed due to a car accident. Hours passed with no updates. After multiple calls and texts, they finally informed me--by text, not a call--that they would not make it and promised a full refund. No supervisor or owner ever called to apologize, and I never received my refund. After repeated follow-ups, I was sent a fake receipt for $100, despite being owed $461.58. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and only interested in taking your money. When things go wrong, they refuse to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would.
