I didn't have much time to search for places, but after about 5, I knew this was the shop! I live in Las Vegas and my mother works in Frisco. I wake up the morning of her birthday dreading I forgot to place the flower order the day before. Estrella's was open late until 7p. It was already 12p in Texas. I didn't even have to call to confirm it could be delivered the same day because the online system assured me it would. She had a beautiful bouquet delivered in 2.5 hours! The other places seemed more expensive with less options, closed earlier, and I would have had to call to arrange delivery (if possible) on such short notice. I'd give them 10 stars if I I could! At Estrella's I spoke with Lorana, explaining that I had no knowledge of flowers or arrangements, and instead proceeded to tell him about the occasion and my sister. Thankfully Lorana turned out to be both a superbly knowledgeable and enthusiastic help! Even delighting me by suggesting he buy some original live succulents to be added to the floral arrangement. In the end we were all extremely impressed by the exquisite custom arrangement! Plus more than impressed with the many ways Estrella's went above and beyond with both the design and delivery. Got flowers for Mother's day and got to say they're beautiful and are just like the pictures shown on their website! The only complaint I have is there customer service - I ordered online a couple days beforehand and didn't receive any instructions or confirmation that this ordered was placed. I tried calling multiple times and it just went to voicemail so I got pretty worried. (But I assume it's also because it's Mother's Day weekend and they're super busy).
