Phenomenal service! I called at 3:45 pm for a super last minute order pick up at 3:55 pm! The flowers are beautiful, well kept, fresh, and smelled amazing. Fast and great service. Even recently when I forgot that everyone would be preparing for the winter storm. I sent an end of day order. I just don't understand why florist these days can't produce the products that they sell you. So disappointing. I don't think they even care anymore. I put in an order for an anniversary floral bouquet for my wife. I always have to wait until the last minute so that my wife doesn't see the charge and spoil the gift. I ordered tulips which are scarce due to supply issues. The owner immediately sent me an email to offer solutions. I said to do something artistic. They didn't disappoint! My wife is a teacher and wasn't going to be there at school late, so they made sure the delivery driver delivery early. The arrangement looked amazing and was early enough to enjoy during the day. Update: no business was threatened. Could you be more ridiculous? I told you i would be posting a negative yelp review and disputing the charge with the company. You ONLY did a special delivery because i shared I would providing my experience on yelp. You used every excuse in the book. Even threw cost of flowers in there after the holiday. Had you communicated ANY of this in advance i would have ordered flowers elsewhere. After using your services for a few years I also did not expect this from your business EVER. First for me as well to have such a horrible experience with a business i previously trusted. The order was spelled out in an email with the specified changes as part of my receipt. I was very aware of what was ordered. This is not what was ordered. If i needed to spend more that should have been communicated. It was not. You are a horrible business owner and it shows. Ordered flowers for a birthday delivery a week in advance. Requested morning delivery. Called day of delivery and apparently the "holiday" filled the delivery truck so my delivery was scheduled for afternoon. I was displeased to say the least. Then the excuse became they used all the flowers for the holiday. The holiday which is actually on 4/26. The holiday being admin day. Below pics represent what i ordered and what was delivered. I asked vase be bigger and specific flowers be swapped out for diff ones. Paid more for this. This will be the last order. read more

I had given a picture of an arrangement that I want made....but what I got was so different. Making it work meant making my arrangement primarily fillers with occasional flowers and at the end if it all...it did not meet my vision. I feel this place is a hidden gem, and I am so happy I found it. Living across the street from the Farmer's Market is the icing on top of it all. Their GORGEOUS flower bar offers a cold beverage of choice from a selection of wine and beer for you to sip on while they arrange your bouquet. It's quite refreshing to sit in air conditioning during the 9 month summer season in Texas. The have a menu where you can choose the "feel" of the arrangement, or you can select from your inventory in store and the florist takes it from there! I've done both ways - I've selected "light & airy" from the menu with a $30 limit and was delighted with the most beautiful arrangement with a white sunflower as a statement piece. I've also selected from their inventory my favorite flowers and they've gone from there by gathering complimentary greenery and other flowers. Every time I am beyond ecstatic with the result. I've purchased these bouquets for every occasion - just because, Mother's Day gift, welcome home gift, get well soon. To say I am obsessed in an understatement. I share this shop with my friends and cannot praise them enough. They also have floral happy hours during weekdays! This place is a steal and super cute.

Last fall I needed a special arrangement as a surprise for my wife's birthday, to be delivered to a hotel we would be staying at for the weekend. P&S not only had the flowers delivered, they were already in place in our room when we checked in. The arrangement was so spectacular that my wife mistook them for part of the decor in the upscale room we had reserved. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Five months later, it's Valentine's Day. I immediately knew to call P&S; no question in my mind. Now, Valentine's is an expensive day, and I've been known to pinch a penny here and there...when I received a $15 off coupon from Teleflora (days after I had placed my order), I tried to get in on the deal. Long story short, Teleflora couldn't make it happen, but Brad and Petals & Stems did! Small business, but HUGE on customer service. And unprecedented customer satisfaction. Petal's and stems went above and beyond for my last-minute order. I called to confirm same day availibility and was informed they were minutes away from closing the window but took down my order name so it could still be done for me once i submitted my online order. I unfortunately ran into some technical issues that delayed me quite a bit and after some logistic planning, ended up deciding to pick them up and deliver them myself. They then offered (without request) to refund the delivery fee! A bit later, i received a call with the news a driver returned earlier than expected and can still deliver them for me! After offering to still do a pickup order, considering i didn't pay for delivery, they insisted on doing the delivery for me since it was a large arrangement. Amazing customer service and I will absolutely turn to them for any future florist needs! read more

I know that Petals & Stems is an outstanding Florist packed with some of the most creative Floral Designers & the Owner Brad & his assistant Cathy are beyond fabulous in their Customer Service...BUT...last Thursday night Petals & Stems did something so selfless for their customers that I was overwhelmed....They invited us to a Floral Design Class with their Floral Designers as our Teachers! It was such a fun, creative way to spend an evening with friends, wine & gorgeous flowers! Petals and Stems did the flowers for my wedding (last Saturday, January 4th). They were ABSOLUTELY perfect in everyway. The meeting we had on December 12th was difficult because I did not know exactly what I wanted as much as what I did not want. Verbalizing my ideas was quite a struggle and they showed incredible patience and even more insight into what could be done. Our celebration was at Morton's Steakhouse in Dallas. Petals & Stems' knowledge of Morton's set-up and décor made all the difference because the flowers blended with and complemented the room. We have been using Petals and Stems for too many years to count and they have never failed us. They've done large parties, small parties, Valentines Day, hospital stays, funerals, birthdays, weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, holidays, and the list goes on! Think of an occasion and the people at Petals and Stems can brighten up anyone's day or night. Customer service is great, they are very responsive no matter what is going on, and I just love them, especially Lew, Dottie, Brad, Bill, and the entire crew over there! I've lived in Dallas most of my adult life and today I ran into a bit of an issue. I needed to get flowers to someone THE SAME DAY but I needed the arrangement to be beautiful, not rushed or "thrown together" and still a reasonable price. I looked up a few well known Dallas florists and nothing jumped out at me, I was actually disappointed.. so I started googling florists in the area and came across Petals & Stems and super glad I did..They came through big! The arrangement made it within a very reasonable timeframe, the cost was competitive and definitely reasonable and the flowers looked almost EXACTLY like the pic with a few adjustments due to in season stock. Can you give more than 5 stars? I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered to her assisted living. Not having been told by the assisted living that they only accept a few kind of flowers (due to the possibility of residents eating them).... the flowers we ordered were discarded. I emailed Brad at Petals and Stems as just an FYI because they will probably have this issue at other assisted living places. His response was immediate and bear and ballon were delivers the next day - which was so thoughtful. I just wanted my mom to have something in her room from us since we live far away. I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and she received some beautiful flowers delivered to her work very quickly. However, the Roses never opened. I sent an email to their customer service department and explained what had happened. I received a phone call and message almost immediately. They (Brad) said he wanted to make it right and he would send out new Roses to replace the others. My wife was working from home and they said that would be NO problem. A couple hours later, my door bell rings with a nice small arrangement with some roses in it. That is what I call Excellent Customer Service. I can't say enough wonderful things about Petals & Stems! My boyfriend surprised me with the most stunning bouquet of red roses from here, and they were absolutely perfect. The deep red color was so rich and vibrant, and each bloom was fresh and flawless. Not only did they make an incredible first impression, but they also aged beautifully, opening up even more over time and lasting much longer than I expected. I can't say enough great things about Petals & Stems. They are our corporate florist and I've ordered and received as personal gifts as well. Excellent customer service, reliable, top quality flowers, and the designs are consistently the most beautiful arrangements I have ever ordered or received. You will not be disappointed! I'm reluctant to post photos because these are just a couple of recent arrangements, and as beautiful as they are I don't know if pictures can do them justice. Brad and Crista were wonderful in creating our perfect Wedding day on 05/01/2022. I knew exactly what I wanted and Crista created our floral bouquets, altar flowers and boutonnières beyond our expectations. I have been using Petals and Stems for several years to send roses to my best friend in Dallas on her birthday. They are the best! My friend absolutely loves her beautiful roses, and texted me a photo of the arrangement they delivered, it was gorgeous!! They filled my request for baby's breath and roses that were not open yet. I have been using Petals & Stems for about 8 years now through my job as an assistant. Not only have I NEVER had one complaint about their arrangements and dependability... But they often also go the extra mile to provide great service. For example, they will call me and personally discuss an order if they feel they cannot, for some reason, provide what I asked for to a certain zip code. We use them for our corporate flower needs. I ordered an arrangement today for one of our Principals who is in the CCU unit after suffering a stroke. Brad took the time to call the hospital, get the details on receiving flowers while in CCU and then calling me back with the news. Any other florist wouldn't have 1) called to see if they could have been delivered or 2) said THEY would call the hospital and check everyday, hold the arrangement off until he is moved to a regular floor and then deliver it then. I am from Michigan and was looking for a florist to supply greenery for our son & future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. Petals and Stems was recommended by the restaurant that the event was being held at. After reading some on line reviews I decided to try them out.
