I take my service dog for a self wash but always do up charges adding a special soap or like the…read moredeshedding and a blow dry. Its been awhile since we have been in. I went to see what incentives we have earned with out visits and every option that was available that we could use they no longer carried or didnt have. He cannot have nails trimmed by anyone as he has neuropathy and is testy having his feet touched. Why offer visit incentives if you dont have the products offered. Also, the staff should be educated on every facet of the store including the incentive programs.

The groomer was nice enough, but my dog was hacked. I know his fur was badly matted and would be…read moredifficult to brush out. But before you destroy him, call me and tell me you won't brush him. I'd rather get him back matted than how he was returned to me. Will never bring my dog here again. BTW, a previous salon took the time to brush him out and simply charged extra. I cannot brush him myself as I explained to the groomer.
