The groomers do a great job on our little cockapoo. Very courteous staff and able to accommodate last minute appointments.

I have taken my dogs here 3 times and I have moved more than 25 miles away and I will continue to take them here. The customer service I get from the staff is amazing and they are always attentive to what I need for my fur babies. Most importantly is they do not discriminate against a breed of dog. When I made my first appointment I was worried my pits would be frowned upon and denied but let me tell you they have always treated them no different than a chihuahua!! The only thing I would critique is I have girls and the fragrance they use is a manly strong scent. And I asked for a change with no problem. And once they forgot to brush my baby girl Mahogany's teeth. They immediately corrected. Those things are so minimal I would still travel far and wide to see to it that my girls are well taken care of!! read more

Bubbles and barks gave us a poor experience two times in a row. The first time they nicked the baby when they were shaving him and didn't tell us anything. We went back the second time he came home with fleas. When we went to bubbles on barks to show them what occurred the owner got mad because we were very high strong and upset about the dogs condition. She said "so what it's flea season and take your flea dog out of here right now because I don't like your attitude". It was late For us so we had to take everything out the house and spray it down. We also had to give him a bath and spray him down. I would not suggest this place to anyone it was a horrifying experience. On the photos you will see where he was licking his skin almost raw because he was itchy.. omg we are not blind to the fact that fleas do get on dogs but he was up to date with his shots and his monthly flea medicine and had no issues until he went there !! So the update is =we took him to the hospital. It confirmed what we thought plus it compounded the financial stress. We should have never chosen that place; it was a stench in the air and also the owner was not groomed herself. She is very unprofessional and left us in a predicament where we had to wash the dog ourselves and incur many many expenses. read more

My dog seemed to enjoy her visit to Bubbles N Barks. She hates to have her nails trimmed. The groomer had no problem trimming them or bathing her. Lauren even promised Muffin a belly rub if she was a good girl... Sure enough Muffin got her free belly rub. I really enjoyed taking my baby there. Took my Frenchies to Bubbles N' Barks for a bath yesterday. We were first time clients. The ladies of BNB treated my little friends with care and compassion while doing their baths and nail trims. One of my pups is not a fan of the nail trim, but they treated her with compassion to make it as easy as possible. I have been with this groomer for a year. Sometimes I have went pass her normal time of cute and wash. This time they want to charge me $250.00. I have never went over $150.00. I really don't understand why I was charged do much. I have a little dog. I really don't understand the price. Went to pick up cookie up from the groomer. I ask why was it $250. 00 dollars. The 2 young ladies was trying to explain but one of them got really nasty and disrespectful. I was like nothing u are saying is making sense. We utilize the self dog wash. Our rescue dog doesn't like baths and mostly the air dryer. So we use the self dog wash. The process is easy. It cost $12 which I find economical. They provide you with all the tools necessary to give him a bath. Shampoo, conditioner, ear wash and wipes. Plus blow dryer and towels. The best part is that the mess stays there. I am hoping after a few visits, that he will get accustomed to the process and let me drop him off and utilize their full service grooming. Definite Perk. They are open on Sundays! First time visit and have two giant breed dogs (English mastiff and cane corso). This was a great find since I am used to grooming my own dogs the price is very reasonable for self wash. I ended up being both of my dogs on different days and each time the station was clean and ready to use. There is plenty of space, towels and comb/brushes and dryers if you want to use them. I brought my own shampoo for my dogs due to skin allergies but there was product available to use if needed. The receptionist was friendly and showed me where everything was helped set up the steps for my older dog. The prices were great! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I had an appointment for 2 senior dogs, one a lab with hip dysplasia the other a rat terrier. Getting them to the groomers was a chore considering their age and medical issues. I even called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment time. I get them to the groomers about 5 minutes before the appointment time. After lifting the 80l lb lab out of the car and getting them into the lobby, the rude girl in the front tells me that I don't have an appointment. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. There were groomers just sitting there and it was 3pm. I was then told that I couldn't have had an appointment because they were getting ready to close. Funny the hours on the door said something completely different! I wouldn't EVER RECOMMEND this place! Do your dog and yourself a favor and find a different groomer! read more

I am so sad to be posting this review because my husband and i have been taking our dogs here for a couple years. Unfortunately recently we started having issues. The past couple of times we got our poodle back he looked a little sloppy but didn't think too much into it. Then this past time he was shaved so close that they nicked his neck (and didn't even mention to us that it had been done)! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Wish I was able to give negative stars. They talk to you like they are doing you a favor by taking your dog. Laura was rudest person I have ever met. She charged me 10 dollars extra than their normal charges( 85$) and top of that she said next time I have to take my dog to vet and give him medication, as she was going to pay for those charges and she will charge me 20$ extra on top of all this. I can understand my dog is difficult when is is water, but does'nt mean she can take nonsense and be rude. Never going back. Nobody should go there if they love their dog. read more

I have had very bad luck with groomers. Previously, my sweet puppy went to Petco for grooming as I had not done research, and I figured they would be great. Negative, they made my six month old puppy look like a very old man/dog. I later complained to a dear friend and current Bubbles N Bark customer. She promised Bubbles N Bark was a great friendly dog groomers, that would not only have my small puppy looking great, but will ensure that he's well taken care of. She raved about bubbles and bath and their great customer service and grooming skills. Unfortunately, I was upset, heartbroken and surprised when I did not recognize my puppy as they were bringing him to the front after his grooming was concluded. My dog is shaved completely! My beautiful Shih Tzu bichon mix looked like an evil Chihuahua upon his exit from the groomer. Why would they do this? The groomer informed me that she would need to shave a little more under his legs, she did not say that she would cut him completely bald. My poor puppy won't smile, he's cold, his ears are cut down to the pink area and his poor puppy nuts are scraped and cut. SHAME ON YOU bubbles N bark!!! Not only did they bald my puppy. They charged me $70! I could have grabbed clippers myself and shaved him if I wanted an inexperienced groomer appointment. If you truly care about your fur baby, do not send him them here. They will traumatize your puppy. I don't know when my sweet baby will smile again. Be aware this is your warning! read more

Booked 30 days in advance, wrote down time on calendar for 10am to allow time to drop kids at school and then come back for dog. Arrived there today at 9:50am and was told that the appointment was a 9am and that they couldn't groom our dog. The soonest they could get him in is in 2 weeks. We will not be going back and so not recommend this business. read more

I regularly bring our St. Bernard here for a bath. Very reasonablely priced and has an XL tub that comfortably fits our big boy.

They are very unprofessional there and they don't follow directions. I told them not to shave my dog and they did it anyways . When I called there the manager was so rude. She screamed at me on the phone because I asked why this happened and then lied to my fiancee about. I will never go back!! They definitely don't know how to groom dogs with long hair. We have been taking our three Yorkies here for a while now, but I think it is time for us to find someone new to groom our dogs. They are nice and priced very competitively, but as of late it is taking longer and longer for them to be groomed. All of our dogs are small and weigh less than ten pounds each so I wouldn't imagine it taking longer than an hour-ish per dog to groom, but this last time it took them six hours to finish. We had an afternoon appointment and I ended up calling around 7:30 at night to get a status and was told it would be another hour. We left and got there at 8:30 only to find they were still not done and it would be "about 15 more minutes" until they would be ready. Well that 15 minutes turned in to an hour and at this time the place had already been closed for 30 minutes and they were in the process of cleaning up. When she was finally done we weren't overly satisfied with the end result and had her re-trim the hair on the face and ears of one of our males as it was still pretty long. The thing is we told her what we wanted, they also have pictures on file and records of how we want them to look when done and it was as if she didn't even pay attention to any of it. Our other male was also still pretty shaggy on the face as well, but at this point we were already frustrated at how long it took and the lack of an apology for the inconvenience plus we just wanted to get them home so they could eat. I am not sure if she was trying to groom more than just our dogs at the same time or if she was just slow, but I think we are going to look in to a mobile grooming service the next time they need to be done. They cost a little more, but they come to you and your dogs are the only dogs they are working on during that time. Plus I don't have to plan my day around waiting for the groomer to call me when they are ready. If I want to start cooking dinner or want to mow the lawn I can. As they say in the movies during a breakup scene, it's not you it's me. Actually it is a little bit you. I'm just trying to be nice and hope we can still be friends. read more

This business has absolutely terrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, and received a phone call the day before to confirm my appointment. The day of the appointment I was told that my appointment had been canceled a week before (how can this be if I received a call 24 hours before) and refused to groom my dog. I was told the earliest appointment was a month away and there was nothing I they could do to make it right. Actually they refused to admit they made any mistake. I'm addition I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she was busy grooming and would call me later, never received a call. This is unfortunate because I can been giving this company my business for a decade and have never missed an appointment. I'll be looking for another groomer. read more

found this place in a pinch while visiting town. Aaron is AWESOME! he is one of the nicest groomers I know. He and his wife both took great care of the dogs. even down a groomer they busted their @$$es to get my dogs done in the time they said. they use GREAT cleaning products as well. and the price, well I have never been so happy to pay. there is also self-washing stations, i didn't use them but ppl that were seemed very happy. this place needs to be on the news or something. they deserve major props for everything. read more

Danielle made our new terrier-mutt mix rescue look adorable. Despite being shy and reserved, our pup had a constantly wagging tail and seemed to know just how great she looked after she was groomed. Because of skin allergies she's prone to, they used an oatmeal-based shampoo which caused absolutely no skin irritation or allergy issue. The dog cookies they had for sale looked so good that I'm still craving a good cookie. The prices on all of the products seemed very good - a certain pricey brush they had there was at least $15 less than I've seen at other pet stores in the area. We decided to try Bubbles N' Barks to get our dogs groomed after we saw they offered Blueberry Facials with their grooming packages. We are suckers for spoiling our pets, so we thought we would give it a whirl. When we first drove past the place, we thought it was just a "drive through" dog wash, but they offer full service grooming as well as gourmet doggie treats, collars and other dog products. The place was very clean, spacious and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We love that they have such late hours during the week (open until 9, as well as Sundays) which works well for those who work a 9-5 job. They did a great job grooming our two wiener dogs and they smelled so good and their coats were so soft when we picked them up. We will definitely go back to Bubbles N' Barks. read more
