It repeatedly amazed me to see the extra effort Dave would put in to so many parts of the job, like slowly and carefully salvaging the mouldings he had to remove so he could put them back, carefully caulked, looking as good as ever. He even cuts the bottom edges of shingles and squares them up before he even brings them to the job, just so the finished wall will look as good as possible. Also, he's a very pleasant guy, always willing to tell a story, or show me some tool he loves, or teach me some tricks of the trade. I really enjoyed having him around. And he is always careful about cleaning up the work site every day before he leaves. Call him up for a bid before you hire anyone else.
