This place is pretty good given the holidays madness when everyone is trying to ship their mails out. I stopped by this location and was glad that there were plenty of parking spots, so it was easy to just not have to worry about where I could park. Upon entering, there wasn't a clear line for customers, but the staff was helpful in asking what I needed help with. I'm glad they did ask me because I was about to tap someone in the shop on their shoulders who were working on packing some items into boxes because I wasn't sure who was working/who was not. My main task of shipping some items internationally was pleasant. The fee was sort of expensive, but hey..if the item gets there on time and safely, that's all I needed. They were helpful in explaining what I needed to do and giving me some options (albeit the fact that I didn't get the cheapest option that I wanted). But overall, staff was polite and helpful. The service could have been a little faster..but I understood they were busy accommodating different customers with varying needs. Given they were nice and helpful, I wouldn't mind stopping by here again...granted, it's probably not the cheapest option...but for me...it did the job. I need something very dependable and quite timely to be sent internationally. read more

Safety concern. I parked in front of this location for safety for better visibility and being able to see my car from inside the business. The front door was locked so I had to go around to the back. I got my package and wanted to exit the front door, which is an emergency exit with panic hardware. An employee told me it was locked per instructions from "corporate." So FedEx is telling their employees to violate fire codes now? I don't buy it. FedEx can afford onsite security. If they don't feel safe working there they need to talk to "corporate" about it instead of inconveniencing and maybe even compromising the safety of their customers. With the violence that Albuquerque is experiencing right now it's disturbing to think that if an armed robber entered the building the customers could be blocked from escaping. read more

I come here frequently to get legal documents printed and scanned for my work and the service is ALWAYS subpar. The majority of the workers are rude. It is rare to be greeted when you walk in the door and they will often ignore you while working on personal stuff or discussing office gossip. Tonight I waited a long time to be helped with a simple scan project because the manager excused herself while talking on the phone to another Albuquerque FedEx because she couldn't "talk about this regular nightmare customer while on the floor." How about helping your customers instead of gossiping and then they won't have to be nightmares to get service? It is convenient to get stuff done online and pick it up but lately the website hasn't been working. When this happens, they will not honor coupons in store and that is frustrating. read more

There are lots of handy services here. I quickly accessed a computer and was able to print documents without a hitch. Internet speed was pretty good. I utilized their faxing service and they informed me the fax was sent as I was handed the confirmation page. I was surprised they sent the pages without offering a cover sheet. Service was pretty slow, which is odd because there were six employees and only one customer ahead of me. The store was clean. Lot parking is available. read more

This place is a terrible place if you are ever in need of printing. Skip this place, the reader for using the computer to print refused my credit card, and by recommendation of the FedEx associate I put money into a pre-paid card and it still continued to not work. I shouldn't have come here on such late notice to print. But a mere two pages was I needed. The customer service was the bare minimum and the technology was below average. read more

Kind of annoyed. Went back again today to get a bunch of individual little bees printed and laminated to go alongside the bigger picture I had done yesterday. The little bees were about 2in x 2in at most. I thought I requested - and certainly thought it was obvious - that he'd put like five on a page (if at home I would have squeezed like 10 on!). But when I went to pay, he had printed ONE BEE PER PAGE, at 75c per page, for a total of $30!!! That's nuts. I paid and didn't say anything since the specifics of cost weren't laid out ahead of time but holy crap that was wasteful and expensive. And once again, same as yesterday, cost was just totally up in the air and not made clear at the get-go at all. Yesterday I paid $5 today I paid $30 for pretty comparable work. :/ read more

This is actually one of the better FedEx locations I have been. The service was on point and they are open 24/7! Which I didnt realize was a thing here (or maybe i just can't read well). I've been to this location before. Always nice looked forward to an easy drop off this afternoon. As I was walking in a nice lady with her dog was walking out I had my dog because it was hot in the car I walked in, was not greeted but ask if I had a question I said I had a simple drop off would you mind taking the package whereupon she informed me that dogs were not allowed in the store I ask her if there was a sign on the door she said no but that service dogs were allowed I drop the package on the floor out of shock . Walked away The nice lady that was outside with her dog looked at me and asked what was wrong I ask her if she had encountered the no dog policy in the store she said no and I realized that the person who was trying to help me was just a bad bad person. enter at your own risk read more

That should work and we'll box that" I return 5 minutes later...stand in line for 20 minutes only for someone to tell me the truck just finished loading you can try one of our other locations to ship it overnight. I just talked to the same lady standing right next to the guy. She knew why I was there! Ridiculous. Next time I'll just stick to the UPS store at the end of the same block. read more

I came in here twice in the same day for last minute printing services. Once at 8:30am. Then returned around 1pm. I worked with two different people, (Sharon, I think and Beau) and both were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! The have just about everything you need (except X-acto knives), I had to scoot to the art supply store...but Fedex made the suggestion and gave me directions. Stayed in line for over 30 minutes and then waited another 15 minutes for them to verify that they could not package of that computer screen I needed to send. There are many mixed reviews about their staff, but I've been here multiple times for many years and I personally believe their staff is amazing. They're nice, friendly, and most of all very helpful. The prices are a bit high, but that's what to expect from shipping and printing. The store is located near the university which is convenient, but it's also plagued by panhandlers. read more

Enter Tanya, the thoughtful customer service representative that went out of her way to help me. I have come here many times for work prints. Rosial and Lori have always been fabulous. They are always sure to walk me through the pricing and letting me know exactly what is needed when we ship. Add this to the list of businesses on Central Avenue that rate zero for customer service. I asked the young lady at the counter if they had 3-hole drilled paper to print on. She looked for about 1/2 a second, and then told me that they did not have any! I went half a block east to the UPS store. There the owner showed me how to use the 3-hole-punch feature on his printer. (Maybe the machines at FedEx now have that feature, and maybe they don't. If they do, the employee should have told me so.) I will go straight to the UPS store from now on for copies. read more

So impressed and happy with this FedEx service. The people are so nice and professional. And honest. Today the woman with long greyish hair caught a mistake, discovering she had overcharged us. She came to us to let us know and refund the overage. Amazing. They are consistently kind and helpful. When we had an issue not being able to retrieve a package due to a family emergency they went out of their way to resolve and communicate.
