Day 1: Heavy color deposit removal & a full-strength, seriously straight QiQi Treatment. **everyone NEEDS this! Day 2: Root color & color balancing in the mid-lengths to ends. + A haircut!! I wanted blonde as I could go. She said she doesn't suggest bleaching first because she didn't like the way it makes the hair feel. So I did not get bleach just a straight dye. I came home and took a shower. When my hair dried I looked into the mirror. My hair has barely changed color and the greys on the top of my head are still there! I paid $80 and tipped her $40! I am not a happy person right now
