This woman never said a word, just made faces and rolled her eyes at my daughter. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I personally will never be going back after that. Peaceful music was playing and it was quiet and serene even though many customers were coming in and out. There were four technicians on duty. No one had to wait very long even though they had many scheduled appointments and took a few walk ins, too. Emily did my pedicure perfectly and quickly. John did my acrylic fill with one repair gently and quickly. I've been to many nail technicians over 40 years and he was one of the best I've had. He was expert at laying the product on smoothly and thinly so there was minimum filing. The shape I asked for was perfect. I highly recommend this business.

I have never had my nails (fingers or toes) wrapped with acetone soaked cotton, wrapped in aluminum foil to remove the gel. I did not receive the services I had requested, and the employee who did my pedicure said she had only two tools. My toenails were not cut, and overall the service received was sub par and not worth my time (we drove an hour one way) or the money paid. Again, the technician was extremely professional and kind. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality.
