The whole time she did her nails, if my daughters​ hand slipped off the pedestal or she didn't move her hand the way the woman wanted, she would make faces at my daughter. Several times she rolled her eyes and really made my daughter feel uncomfortable. This was only the second time my daughter has ever been in a nail salon to have her nails done. This woman never said a word, just made faces and rolled her eyes at my daughter. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I personally will never be going back after that. Whether you have kids or not is no excuse for this behavior and the woman should be ashamed of herself.

I have never had my nails (fingers or toes) wrapped with acetone soaked cotton, wrapped in aluminum foil to remove the gel. I did not receive the services I had requested, and the employee who did my pedicure said she had only two tools. My toenails were not cut, and overall the service received was sub par and not worth my time (we drove an hour one way) or the money paid. Again, the technician was extremely professional and kind. The atmosphere is top notch, they're VERY cleanly, and extremely detailed consultation. I've had Brylee a couple of times and she is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality. I will absolutely book with her again. I usually go 8 weeks but I'm already excited to book with her again.
