Most spas encourage quiet so everyone can enjoy the experience, but two separate groups were loudly chatting in the hot tub for over an hour, and nothing was said or enforced by staff. Their conversations could be heard throughout other areas, which took away from the calm, spa-like environment. Overall, the price is appealing, but better crowd management, feature maintenance, and enforcing spa etiquette would significantly improve the experience.

The spa attendants are always very welcoming and greet you with a smile. The spa itself smells incredible and you're met with a sense of relaxation as soon as you enter! Surprisingly enough, for Labor Day, the spa was not that busy and there were not a lot of patrons. I enjoyed time pretty much by myself in the plunge pools. They were all a perfect temperature. The steam room is amazing and your skin will look so refreshed and glowing as if you got a facial when you're done in there. When 1 o'clock rolled around DeeDee came to get me for my service. She showed me to my room and then allowed me to disrobe for my service. She then returned to the room and my service commenced. She was sure to ask me if there were any specific problematic areas prior to beginning my massage. She was sure to focus on those areas and was able to work out all of my knots and kinks. I also added the hot stones to my massage which were an amazing finishing touch!
