The only feedback I have is that she smelled of cigarettes, which was apparent during my entire massage. The walls were paper thin, so my husband and I could hear entire conversation of the people next door, as the lady in the next room was ranting about something quite loud. I was surprised our masseuses didn't go tell them to quiet down, and I didn't want to say anything in hopes that their conversation wouldn't last long. Despite these two things, I would definitely return to this spot.

Magnus is exceptional at finding those areas of tension and using his unique techniques to create more space. They may offer the best care but they won't have any endorsement from either me or my wife. So if this receptionist is the first thing you run into representing this business it'll turn a lot of patients off. The drs should think twice about who they have greeting existing or potential customers. They need to remember first impressions are important because you may not get a second chance. Business is tough enough without having your front person chasing of customers. Also apply the rule of 100 when you upset someone, they'll definitely tell others who in turn do the same. I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets.

My masseuse really worked out all of the kinks in my neck, shoulders, and back. I gave 4 stars for a few reasons, the room was really cold! I was covered with a sheet (my husband told me his masseuse gave him a warm blanket). Though I did warm up a bit when the massage started, I was cold once again when it was over and time to get dressed. My other reason for 4 stars is that the massage oil or gel that they used smelled weird. I think it would have been more relaxing for me if it smelled nice like some aromatherapy.
