Scott has come out twice to train our whole Jetpack America staff at our Newport Beach location (first in November 2012 and again in November 2014 - since the CPR certs are only good for two years). He's a great teacher and provides a lot of real-world examples of what can happen, how you should react and he makes sure everyone has a good understanding of the concepts and the applications. Obviously, CPR is something you hope you'll always know, but never need. Having the information to handle a situation calmly is key, especially in a business where anything can happen, such as water jetpack flights. We have had several instructors over the years and when we found Scott, he was our last stop. He has done CPR and First Aid for our summer camp staff for the last 3 years and I plan to use him for many more to come! He is super friendly, professional and flexible. When he is done, I feel like my staff is fully capable to supervise children on land and in the pool every day!
