They are constantly understaffed and refuse to listen to their employees. Unfortunately, residents don't get the quality care they deserve because the staff is miserable and overworked. Turnover rate for employees is very high. Caregivers stay for only 6 months at the most because management won't give raises. I would NEVER consider taking my family here. This is a hard review to write. I have my mother here. I pay out-of-pocket for her to be here. They…read moredo take Medicaid payments as well . No one wants a loved one to have to be here. We all wish that our loved ones had their memory. That being said there is no perfect solution or perfect place. Be that in your own home or here .This place is not perfect either. Though there are a lot of good caring people that work here. . Country Side living does have animals. A resident dog ,chickens, and a bird. They are actually always trying to improve the place to make it as homey and accessible to relatives. Who are here to visit their loved ones. The place is clean the people are well cared for .The meals for the most part are delicious. This is no easy job. There are some people here that are not as experienced with caring for people who can physically hurt them without truly knowing what they're doing. It would be nice in an ideal situation to have a lower ratio of aids to patients. That being said in my opinion this is the best place for now for my mother to in. I would recommend this place to anyone in this hard position.
