I opened it up and found the circuit board damaged from a water leak -- something the tech should have noticed. That tub cost $24,000 last year and had multiple water leaks. I bought a new tub from Oregon Hot Tub in Bend last April. The other day I had to add water and discovered a drain cap with a pinhole. I called; the part is only $4.54. When I asked if the replacement would be covered under warranty, I was told no -- they would require a service call, which costs $89.00. There is absolutely no customer service. Do your home work, there are smaller companies that have better customer service and better products
