He had forgotten our appt bc they were busy on another job that had lots of problems. So to give him another chance I let him know my following Monday was open. He never called so I called him back at 4:30 on that following day. He'd forgotten about me again!!! He made excuses when I called him but he hadn't called to reschedule. So I let him know I'd pass this along on Yelp where I got his name bc it said he (was) 5 Star. I had to call him back.
