They were quite open to fit me in their schedule and once I mentioned my preferences..they were able to get me in the following morning..even when it's early out! Glad to see a business open to working early! They let me know my scheduled arrival time for the technician would be between 7-9am. At a little after 7, they texted to let me know Cesar their technician was on the way...and very soon after..I got a knock on my door by 7:30! Cesar was very thorough in diagnosing the minisplit problem that I had..and was able to help provide me with some good recommendations on what to do with the minisplits! By 9am, he was done helping me restore heat to my home! Thank you son much much! The interaction was very pleasant from initial inquiry to finish by all the staff! I highly recommend and will use this service again for any future problems with HVAC for sure!

This year their prices had increased at least 50% and the service guy estimated i needed parts and my swamp would cost 491.00 to start. It was hard to believe. My friend recommended a handyman. He bought a 16 dollar part and charged me 50 dollars for the service. It is cooling the best it ever has. KIdzz seems to have "up priced" me 350 dollars. Or their aervice person has some competence issues. Not sure if its because I am a woman living alone Or because people need to cool their homes and will pay a lot. Not sure... Just wanted to provide a small warning to others. Get a second opinion.

Once I accepted the quote, the installation was scheduled within just a few days. Brian completed the installation and was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. There were a couple of minor issues after the installation, likely due to a miscommunication, but I contacted Brandon that evening and everything was corrected by the next morning. David, the tech, was very knowledgeable about a lot of things. Including that the city had to be called out to shut off the water valve at the street since it was rusted closed. Thankfully that didn't add to the price at all. I'm not really familiar with how plumbing is supposed to work today, but I certainly am not a fan of everyone charging a fee just to show up and look at your problem to give you a price.
